Q: With the markets down so much today (TSX 2.3%; DJIA 2.7%; NASDAQ 2%), what Can or US high quality companies look like significant buys to you? Or do you recommend waiting on the buy side until things settle a bit in the next week or so until more is known about the new COVID variant?

Q: Although it is a US equity, it is mentioned here often enough that perhaps you will answer a question about it. APPS has received many favourable comments from 5I; can you explain why you like it? It recently has a noticeable reduction in share price.....is this a buying opportunity or a change in momentum? In a growth oriented TFSA, I am thinking of trimming some NVDA, CRWD, and AMZN to create some funds to purchase a small position in APPS. Those 3 have grown but are not (yet) too high of a weight , this would be to try to boost results. Is it a move you would make, or would you just stay the course? Q: I need to raise some cash so need to sell one or two stocks in my TFSA which is growth focussed. I am probably a little heavy on tech. Could you rank the order of stocks that you would sell. Aside from industrials and general tech. What is a thematic ETF you'd suggest for growth right now? Encompassing maybe a favourite stock or 2.

Examples being FINX, SMH, BOTZ, QQQJ.

Q: Thanks for your insights in structuring the TFSA for 2022 and going forward, dated October 26, 2022. To transition to the new "alignment", I will need to transfer a number of Technology stock positions, see above, to a trading account, or sell....and I would like your take on this matter as the intention is to transition is DSG and NVDA.
The present TFSA is tilted, well more than that, like 45% + to tech positions, including VEEV. As the TFSA is tilted to growth-eee positions which ones would be better now held in a trading account, aka lower growth going forward....or if there are any that are no longer high conviction, please let me know....Thanks for all the sound/solid insights......Tom
