I have been a long term holder of veev for over 5years at 266$ US and now finally above water
The question becomes do we continue to hold or do you believe this company has found it way back and has what it takes to continue to grow and prosper into the future or could this be just a one off?
Q: Good morning. Could you please provide an update on recent news and performance. Would you consider adding further at these prices not withstanding the significant uptick today. Cheers!
Q: What are your thoughts on VEEV recent earning? I have less than 1% in VEEV and have become frustrated with it after 3 years. Who is the leader in this sector? Who do they compete with? What kind of prospect do they have? Add, hold or sell?
I have less than 1% in VEEV and have become frustrated with it after 3 years. I noticed that in an answer in June, someone at 5i held it, but an answer in August did not include the disclosure. So either it was sold or it was an oversight. Can you say which?
With the pullback in NVDA ($102) I'm getting very tempted to punt VEEV (S214) and use the proceeds and some of my cash pile to pick up NVDA. Would appreciate your thoughts.
Q: Time's up!
I've had enough of both Veeva Systems and Well Health. Down about 50% in both. Planning to cut my losses in TFSA account (grow for next 5 years) and move to LLY (full position), ISRG (half position).
This will also increase US holdings percentage in this account.
This is a follow up to the TFSA competition with my wife question from last month. :) I'd prefer not be trading too much, but just can't see these 2 companies recovering too soon, and I cannot get the long term price graph of LLY out of my mind....
Q: Help me!
My wife and I have a competition running in our TFSA accounts, which we started a few years back with the same cash balance. She is using the classic passive ETF strategy, except we got pissed off with bonds and moved that portion into QQQ/ICLN (TDB900, 902, 911 & QQQ, ICLN)
I am actively (quite low turnover) trading CDN and US stocks and ETF's
She is handing me my ass!
My current holdings in the CDN account are ATS, BAM, BN, GSY, KXS, XIT, PBH, WELL, WSP and US account AAPL, TFII, VEEV
Ignoring sector allocations (which i still need to look into), please advise any Buy, Hold or Sell recommendations for my current holdings with a 5 year horizon
Q: Some maintenance of my portfolio is long-overdue. I have been sitting on PBH, VEEV, and VZ which are all down about 30%. WELL is down about 50%, MG about 40%. Should I keep holding, or take the loss and pivot to something else? These are the worst performers, overall the entire portfolio is up 20% this year. Many thanks for your assistance.
I'm trying to clean up my US Portfolio so that I'm at 20-25 equities total. Please advise which 20-25 companies you would keep for a 5-10+ hold with balance/diversification but also some growth in mind.
Q: VEEV sold off with the departure of their CFO. Do investors have reason for concern? More generally, do you still feel this is a high quality technology holding?
Q: Stumbled on a Morningstar article which pointed out these companies share prices are relatively low in relation to their fair value. Wondering if you comment on these and if you think they have some potential for gains. If there is some opportunity with these, can you rate in order of your preference.
Thanks
Q: Hi Team,
Currently for healthcare exposure I own VEEV and WELL. I was considering replacing VEEV with either LLY or UNH. Would this be advisable? If so, which one would you recommend? Also, regarding Well would you recommend continuing to hold it; or selling it to make a switch for either LLY or UNH as well? What sort of mix here would you recommend? I am looking for long term growth here. Lastly...do you see the healthcare sector in general to be a good place to be right now?
Q: Good Morning
These stocks are in my wife's US Riff account
What US stock or stocks would you recommend as an addition to this list?
She is overweight in both finance and tech in her Canadian Riff so looking for alternative suggestions with some growth and a modest dividend?
Thks
Marcel
Q: could you give me your recent thoughts on VEEV please. I own LLY and WELL as well in healthcare but have recently been thinking of replacing VEEV with ISRG. I plan to give WELL more time at least until small caps show more improvement.
