Q: I’m interested in adding to REITs while they are out of favour, is the future and balance sheets decent with these companies? It looks like a good time to buy for conservative income and some growth would you agree?

I'm trying to clean up my US Portfolio so that I'm at 20-25 equities total. Please advise which 20-25 companies you would keep for a 5-10+ hold with balance/diversification but also some growth in mind.

Q: Regarding your response to the question "Do you have any suggestions for telemedicine stocks on the Canadian Market that are worth considering? " can you please provide the company names and the exchanges they trade on. WELL appears to trade on TSX, DOC on US and PHM ?? Pulte Group a homebulider??
