If the goal was absolute growth over the long term with a high risk tolerance would you continue to hold or sell at a loss these two securities?
If you were to sell please rank from high to low which of the current securities in the account you would recommend.

Q: Interesting comments in your latest Market Update about small caps. In addition to any potential upside in 2025, we are close to the possible annual January “bounce”. If you had to pick 5 (ranked) Canadian small caps to take advantage, which 5 equities would you lean towards? Also, is there an ideal ETF that would cover all the small cap basics? (2 questions)

Q: Hi 5i Team.
I have some names in my TFSA account such as ATD, ATX and ENGH (and maybe some others) that are laggers and would like to move out of them and into something with potentially higher returns.
I also own the other names mentioned above.
What are your thoughts and could you recommend 3 to 5 Canadian and/or US names with the reasons and entry points.
also own NVDA that has grown to a huge percentage of the account.
I know that I should sell some but it has been such a great performer.
Thank you
Joe

Q: I see that you sold 100% of your position in BRP in your model Growth Portfolio in October. I recognize that it is a cyclical company and having a rough patch right now, but in the past it has managed well through its cycles an prospered. I believe it is a quality company and I'm wondering why you sold it rather than riding it out with them? Thanks very much.
Q: DOO has sold off considerably today and is hitting a 52 week low. You have given it a "B" rating. Is this a good entry point and, if not, suggest an appropriate price.
Q: What happens for this company, it just dropped like stone! any news related with this drop? Buy, hold or sell? Thanks.
Q: Good Day
I know I have an apple and an orange here but... I have a 1/2 position in CNQ and am into DOO at $100/share. I think I can get a quicker return by selling DOO and buying the other 1/2 position in CNQ. What does 5I think on as it pertains to the possibility of getting a quicker return over say the next 3 years.

Q: Hello Team,
Are you able to rank the 12 companies listed from 1 to 12 in terms of capital appreciation over the next 2-3 years. I currently hold all of the mentioned stocks but do have some cash to deploy. Thanks.

Q: Good morning 5i
You recently published an excellent report on which companies to buy in view of upcoming interest rate cuts. Most of them were companies with dividends and struggling with debt.
If you were to buy a no dividend or low divident Canadian company today, what would it be? Or, perhaps three, ordered from first choice to last?
Thanks

Q: Hello Team,
I was wondering if you could rank the attached 12 companies from 1 - 12. I have some money to deploy in my cash account and already own all 12 in my TFSA/RRSP. Will be a 3 year hold.
No worries on size, risk or industry, looking for best returns only.
Thanks!
