I need to raise some cash.

What would be your order to sell of the stocks listed, for a long-term, somewhat growth oriented investor.

Thank you,

Q: I am considering selling a full TFII position in registered accounts and replacing it with CN. This for a multiyear hold. I like TFII but wonder if there isn't more upside in CN. Your thoughts, please. Thanks

Q: I am looking to invest in a solid high quality company with a good balance between dividend growth and earnings growth. Would you please add your 4 other favourites to my list of 4 and rank them from highest conviction to lowest for total returns over 1) a 1 year hold and 2) a 3-5 year hold.

Thanks for the great service

Q: Hi,

Sorry my last question meant to ask about individual stock compounders, not ETF's. Can you list 5 Cdn and US names that you would DCA into over time? For example, I'm assuming BN would be on that list. What other names? Looking for names that can CAGR +10-20% over time. Thanks!

Q: I am not particularly proud to acknowledge that I own the above- but I do. ENGH and OTEX are in accounts that are structured for income and some growth, while DSG is in an account that is looking for primarily growth. Canadian traded is key for all. Looking for your input on these companies and whether there are better options that I am missing.

Seconding the comment today regarding your recent report. Well done and I hope that now you have it you continue to update it as companies come and go. It is a great resource.

Q: Can you provide a list of your top 3 down trodden stocks that have faced more macro-related challenges, but still quality companies. I’m looking for companies oversold with a 2 year investment timeline.

Q: I would like to contribute an existing holding from my non-registered account into my TFSA in early 2026, but am unsure about which holding to contribute. Which of these do you think makes the most sense to move into my TFSA based on potential upside/income? I have a long-term 10+ year hold period. Thanks!

Q: On the weekend, a prominent Canadian brokerage report noted the following:

" The Dow Transportation Index has outperformed the Dow Industrial Index by 405
basis points in November — the most we have seen since June 2023.
Through December 5, the Dow Transportation Index has continued to
outperform the broader index. Since the week ending November 21, the Dow
Transportation Index has outperformed the Dow Industrial Index for three
consecutive weeks and five of the last six weeks. "

The analyst also commented that most of this outperformance emanated from Freight equities and that they have seen a pick up in Dry van TL rates which gives them optimism that the freight cycle continues to slowly turn higher after a more-than-four-year recession.

They view TFII to be the greatest beneficiary of this turnaround.

Do you agree ?

And if one has no exposure to Transports, would this be a good time to initiate a position in this sector ? Also, what would be your preferred name among TFII, CNR and CP and why ?

Thank You
