Q: I have a question about 2514 Greetings:

It has been a long time since a question has been asked about CHKP. I own 500 shares and it has fallen significantly. After reviewing previous questions I would say that your present picks would be PANW and Fortinet. Why is cybersecurity in such a slump? What is the one year outlook for CHKP? Should I switch to PANW?

Q: Is there an opportunity to take advantage of the recent pullbacks in cybersecurity stocks, such as CRWD, PANW, and FTNT,? Given the time of year, might it be better to wait for further declines? Would CRWD still be your favourite?

Q: I am a Cyberark shareholder. Would you kindly provide your thoughts on Palo Alto’s takeover proposal including the deal structure (2.2 Panw shares and $45 cash). I find it odd that Cybr’s closing share price today ($411) is approximately $16 below the value of the Panw offer (Panw closed today at $173.60).

Q: I have some money avalible for a long term investment in my TFSA and was thinking of adding to Crowd Strike or starting a position in Palo Alto. Crowd strike has done very well but looks more expensive on a valuation bases. what would be your advice?

Q: Hi,
Company announced that it is going to acquire CyberArk Solution which triggered a 5% stock declined. But actually it retreated from US$210 on 29th July 2025 to US$173 which is almost 15%. KeyBanc downgrading to Sector Weight citing integration risks and limited synergy potential. What is your analysis on this acquisition? Its less than 0.5% of my portfolio. Is it better to get out of the stock and wait for 6 or 12 months before you enter or any ETF or do you prefer any other stock better than PANW?

Q: SentinelOne continues to make me regret not putting all of my cybersecurity dollars into CRWD. It lowered guidance slightly last night and looks to be punished on an otherwise UP day to the tune of 12+ %. Can you comment on the quarter, the longer term and potential for a bounce back? Guidance was lowered but is the market overreacting? How does S typically bounce back from an earnings miss and would you expect a penalty box situation here or a fairly quick forgive and forget situation?

Q: Further to Stuart’s recent question on European defense spending, I’m also interested in the security theme. I recently purchased Axon in the belief police spending will be ramped up going forward. Do you have some suggestions for me to investigate in the areas of security/defense for the following: police, computers, military. Perhaps a couple of companies in each area as your top choices. I realize you have covered companies such as Raytheon extensively through the years but this theme hasn’t been on my radar until recently. Unfortunately, it seems to be increasingly significant going forward.

Q: I have the above tech stocks sitting at just over 30% weighting in portfolio. Could you please rank them as to which you might sell first. I sadly sold Crowdstrike last summer when they had their issues and I am thinking I need a cybersecurity stock. Would you buy Crowdstrike or Palo Alto or half of both. Also, What do you think about Saleforce? With the thought of cheaper AI, is that one that would possibly benefit and how where would it rank within my aboce tech stocks? Thanks for all your help. I'm looking for the top cyber security company at this time based on future growth and current value.

Is the premium for PANW worth it? Or is FTNT the steal here?

If you have another you'd place above these that's a little ahead of itself (PLTR) please give me your pick.

This is a TFSA holding for me. That is US based growth and longterm.
