Q: Given the potential for a market down-turn, do you see any of these as a good buy for a long-term investment?

Q: Are all of these companies buyable in your opinion? And how would you rank them if they were bought today while keeping in mind dividends, safety, growth there are a few sectors here so that aside. I do think some of these companies are being forgot about with all the focus on tech.

Q: Similar to my last question, but looking to the US, I am interested in having a group of companies that are great companies and want to develop a grouping of these -whether they have a dividend or not, as part of my portfolio. Companies that have a competitive advantage, great leadership, quality assets, not too high debt and continue to execute with continuous improvement. Could you give me what you consider to be the best Great US Companies for each sector or industry. Thank you.

Q: What 5 stocks either USA or Canadian would you feel could be good shorts prospects if we get a full blown Tariff war

Q: In a recent answer about DIR.UN you mentioned reports of inventory buildups in the US in anticipation of potential tariffs with the incoming administration. Would PLD be a good way to take advantage of this possible trend? Between PLD and DIR, which REIT do you prefer for the long-term (5+ years)?

Q: I have several 'Growth' companies which have grown quite large in both Cdn and US markets (Thanks). While I plan to let winners run, I am looking to take some capital out of those, and shift to areas of the market which are trading below their historical averages. Could you suggest some areas of both US and Canada to look for those areas? (Specific companies or ETFs which would target this both welcome)

Piggy backing off one of my last questions on building a solid portfolio from scratch through diversification et al(THANK YOU!). Knowing you can’t get personal; looking for some mid to long term hold recommendations (either US or CA) in the following sectors with growth upside in mind as I have significant cash (250K+) sitting in my RRSP doing nothing. I am currently quite top heavy in Tech – and own the above in registered and non-registered accounts.

If you have several recos for a sector, can you please rank in order of preference. Additionally, if there is a sector that can be put to the side with the idea of prioritizing others, I would be keen to know. Also open to add ETF's to represent a sector. I'm guessing the Office sector is perhaps the most risky portion, but how concerned are you about these three industrial REIT's with regards to the overall CRE outlook? PLD apparently has an A-rated balance sheet which I would guess help them survive compared to many (?) It also appears that much has maybe been priced into the respective stock prices of these.anada

Q: Hello, I recently sold my rental property in 2022, and I now have funds sitting in the bank, earning interest. My ultimate goal is to invest this money wisely and create a portfolio that can serve as an inheritance for my loved ones. I am currently in the process of assembling a collection of high-quality stocks.
