Q: With all the volatility we are seeing, I am looking at trading a few stocks so I would like a few suggestions from you. These should be names I wouldn't have a problem holding if the trades don't work out. Both US and Canada. Thank you in advance.

Q: Hi 5i Team,

Iím down on all the above stocks as follows CRWD Down 36%, ETSY down 40%, PINS down 52%, PYPL down 64%, SQ down 72% and U down 77%.

With a 2 to 3 year horizon which of these are worth holding and which once I should sell and can you suggest US replacements and not necessarily in the same asset class. Just good stable companies that have good growth potential to outperform the indexes.

Take as many credits as you feel necessary.

Thanks
Joe

Q: I have small positions in the above noted companies held in my TFSA. They are all underwater and so there is no tax advantage to selling these losers. I would like to sell some or all of them and either to one or more of them or move on to some small techs that have more prospects. Can you let me know which of these you would sell hold or add to. Thanks for your ongoing great advise.

Q: What do you think about L-T Buy and Holds on the above 6 stocks (ADSK, CSU, ATD, BRK.B, INMD, CNR)? Are there any that you would not buy at the present time? Purchases would be funded by new $ and selling DDOG and APPS? Would you be okay with parting with them as part of adding to the above?

Q: What are your current thoughts on TEAM (Atlassian)? Do you see much upside for it this year if these market conditions continue and the fact that it is not profitable? Is it undervalued or overvalued at this point? Or do the long term potential benefits outweigh the current headwinds it is facing? Do you see it as a buy, hold or sell at this point? Held in a registered account so a small tax loss is not possible. Please suggest other options if you have higher conviction in other names (open to other sectors to continue diversification in a tech heavy portfolio).

Q: What are your thoughts on Monday.com. Do you see it as a Buy, Sell or Hold. If you were to Sell - what would be a couple of other Tech Stocks that you would recommend to replace it.

Thank you

Q: Could you please share 5 to 7 US growth names you would be comfortable with buying today? Are there any names that you were comfortable with early in the year that you would be less comfortable with moving forward? (For ex: ROKU, or APPS).

Q: I have very limited tech exposure in my portfolio (AT, SYZ, LSPD & TIXT all less than 5% each) and I am interested in these 3 names due to recent tech down trend.
1) Can you provide your opinion on them and suggest which one of the three is cheapest in terms of valuation ?
2) which one would be your best pick of the three, and why?
3) Also pick and explain the second choice.
Growth investor with med-high risk appetite and looking at 5 to 10 year holding period.
Thank you

Q: Earlier this year I transferred my Magna shares from my non registered Canadian Account to my non registered US account in order to avoid money exchange charges. I am interested in selling the shares and would like to know if the same shares can be sold through my US account so I can use the US funds to purchase some beaten up ADSK and CRM shares this month.
Thanks for all the support in 2021.

Q: Hi 5i team. Can you comment on ADSK. Itís been on a downtrend lately since last earnings announcement. Is this company still in good financial shape for future growth or should be concerned about cash flow headwind with their recent changes to subscription payment plans? If fundamentals still look fine, what might be a good entry price point for this stock? Would recent news cause stock to go sideways for a while before picking back up from its current level?
