Q: Poor quarter. What does this mean going forward? Is this still a star rising or a star that has lost its way? Where do you see the stock price going? Is it a buy, hold or sell? Have you changed opinion on it?

Q: When is SHOP next reporting? I believe it's this week but not sure. In a previous question, the general expected numbers were 26c and 2.34b. What does 5i expect? What might result in SHOP beating numbers and conversely missing? Its getting beaten down today on fairly heavy volume (Tuesday late afternoon) and has been weak the past while. Is this just SHOP being volatile or could the market know something?

Q: What are the street estimates for PRL, WSP, IFC and SHOP ? Thank You

Q: I want to like SHOP but get put-off by the (forward) P/E. MELI scores better on P/E and RoE and appears to have momentum. Then there's SE, which shares MELI's P/E but shows better RoE growth; OTOH, it's somewhat more opaque.

I can see how SHOP might stand out on the basis of its global reach (i.e., which offsets possible weakness in North America), but have to wonder if, in the new world order, SouthEast Asia is the territory for e-commerce growth; ideas?

I have the above 4 in my TFSA. I am considering selling ATZ ( due to tariff concerns vis a vis Aritzia manufacturing in China/Vietnam/etc. ). I own ATZ in another account and will keep it there. I would deploy the proceeds of a potential ATZ sell in the TFSA to the other 3 remaining equities, or perhaps to another equity if you have any other better suggestions currently ( CDN equities only please ). cheers and thanks, Chris

Q: SHOP has received some so-so analyst ratings recently. Some are buys and some are hold and sell. I know 5i likes SHOP. But if you had to put a bad report together on SHOP, what would be the negatives that would result in a poor rating. I guess I'm asking what does one have to worry about specifically with SHOP?

The trend from past performance for CEG looks quite good. How heavily dependent is CEG on AI demand?

Q: Only within the last two months we were at record highs, now we’re in a bear marker for the Nasdaq and S&P nearing one. Futures are selling off again here Sunday night. US administration is digging the heels in on these tariffs.

What are your thoughts on the Trump and Fed put? If they don’t change course soon, the economy is going into a recession and midterms next year will be ugly for the GOP. Looking back at all previous crises, what do you think will happen in the next 6-12 months and what’s the game plan?
