Q: With the VIX above 30 and sure to continue to be volatile in the coming weeks, how would you advise investors to step into the current market? Can you provide a couple of examples of companies you would be buying into this volatility?

Thank you
Tim

Q: Energy is obviously trading at a premium, given the current conflict, and with this in mind I was thinking of taking advantage of the bump and trimming my CNQ and SU positions. While I don't have any concerns about the companies, it would seem to make sense to monetize some of those gains. That being said, the current conflict has obviously impacted other sectors and companies negatively. What are some opportunistic buys (in your opinion) of companies that are currently depressed by the current conflict, but whose balance sheets and business models are sound, and who will probably do fine over the next 5 years.

Q: Hi 5i,

1). Disregarding company size, type etc. but looking for growth, if one were to buy any of the above noted stocks (MU, COHR, ASML, TER, LRCX, AMAT and ELVA) what buying order would you place them in?

2). And for the top 3 stocks why would you consider them your top 3?

3). Would you rank them any differently if oil prices were to remain elevated for say longer than 2 months, which may have an impact on certain companies more than others?

Thanks!

Q: How would you rank the listed names today for new TFSA additions?

Q: Hi,
In an earlier question today you responded being OK selling GRID and replacing with ELVA. Would you please give a brief reason why?
Would you still be OK switching even if selling GRID would result in a capital gain? (Note: the gain would be offset by previous year losses)
Thanks

Q: 5i provided subscribers with 2 very interesting article recently. One on HALO companies and one of Canadian Companies With Accelerated Topline Growth Rates.

Would you take it one step further for us.

Of the 4 segments of HALO stocks that were highlighted can you pick your top 2 choices from each of the 4 segments and list them from strongest choice down.

Also can you pick the top 5 stocks from the Growth rates list that you think would provide the best growth over the next 5 years from strongest selection down.

With thanks from all of us.

Q: Hi Super Team!

Apologies for one of those “apples to oranges”kind of questions but I have some cash to deploy and am deciding between SE and ELVA.

I realize they are very different but if I’m looking for projected growth, reasonable valuation and some strong fundamentals which would you pick today?

This is for a 3-5 year hold and is a 3% allocation in terms of my total portfolio.

As always, thank you so much for all you do.

In a TFSA what would be your order of preference in buying these 5 growth oriented stocks?

Q: What is the business model of the company. Is the growth on top line revenue and net income is good in the next 5-10 years. I hear new about the new factory in New York, will that scale the business. I see the revenue is around 63.83 million and net income is around 3.36 million. Do you see growth about 100 million in revenue and 10 million in net income within the 5 years.

Thank you in advance to provide me the information above.
