We would rank as follows: MDA, ELVA, TSAT.

We like MDA as one of the bigger names in the list, with an established history and solid track record. ELVA adds in some diversification across the names, and while we like TSAT and particularly its momentum and recent contract wins, there are some risks involved, its legacy business is slowing while LEO is picking up, and we think it has the highest chance of volatility of the three.
