Q: I think a lot of utilities tied to the wind-farm industry have taken quite a hit since Trump came back to tilt at windmills (Orsted, for example). But Trump won't be around forever. Assuming a significant rebound following his demise, what companies provide the greatest opportunity going forward? Please include one or two Canadian investment opportunities in your answer.

Q: I'm looking for a growth stock for the long term without too much volatility in either Canada or the US. Can you give me 2 picks and why? If you think there are better alternatives than the ones I've suggested, please provide them.

Q: want to raise some cash(tech breaking down technically) in what order would you sell the above listed stocks bearing some are winners and some are losers so what your recommendation sell winners or losers first without getting in to too much specifics. CSU as an example sell now to claim loss or then buy back after 30 days FFH on the other hand is up 60% so sell now and hope to buy back later at lower price. what would you do? Remember i want to raise cash so how would you approach this rebalancing ...thanks for your help

Q: If HPS.A is already owned at a 3.5% weight, would you consider NVT as well? I heard they do somewhat different things but also overlap in certain areas. Both have a global presence and serve various industries. Would you consider these two great choices for continued electrification and data center growth? I hold the following industrial/material stocks in my RRSP: GEV (2%), FIX (2%) ETN (1.5%), HEI (1.5%), RTX (1.3%), GE (1.2%), LIN(1.2%), EME (1%), VRT (.5%). I also own AXON (3%).

I would like to increase the weight of some of these positions - ideally through consolidation. Could you please put these in order of conviction (growth) for a 5 - 10+ year hold. Are there any that you would sell outright? Would you recommend any other industrials?

Q: I am up on all the above listed stocks however down on AC, LMN, BCE, WELL, LLY, my question is should i sell some losers as well as some winners to shore up CSU (presently own 9 shares in my TSFA. Do you sees this as once in a lifetime opportunity to load up on arguably the best managed company in Canada i am leaning towards selling WMT and FFH in the winners column (both consist of 8% each of my portfolio what losers would you sell if wanted more exposure to CSU....your thought on this strategy please ps am 74 yrs old and a conserved investor

We have been interested in the Co, for exposure to Power Infrastructure sector/Nuclear. However, stock has continued to march to new highs, except for past 2 weeks, following a general weakness in most momentum names.

Do you like the Company and would you be comfortable buying at current levels, say $600. after the pull back ? ( More so, stock exhibiting a little bit of support around $585-$595, in Wednesday's trading ).

Over the weekend watched a YouTube video of Tom Lee's interview with Korean news, Tom mentioned "GRNY" his recently inception ETF:Fundstrat Granny Shots US Large Cap ETF which runs a concentrated 35 large cap stocks, and has been out performed "QQQ" & "MAGS" so far this year. Made a killing on Oklo and sold with the last pop. 114% thank you, Ill take that and run. Possibly will revisit Oklo if there is significant pull back from its highs.

All the same selling Oklo has left a spot in my portfolio where I would have liked to keep something related to the energy needed for all the new AI data centers. My main question is regarding GE Vernova, which I think trades both in CAD and USD. I see that GEV has started construction on a SMR near Toronto with at least 3 others approved. Is this a fair play on the need/push/development of SMRs for Ai and datacenter needs?

Q: A family member was a Long Term employee of GE and acquired substancial shares of GE stock during the Jack Welch era and subsequently left the company for health reasons.

Needless to say the stock performed terribly and his shares languished for years but he held.

Now GE has been spun out into 3 divisions and separate stock issued for each which have performed tremendously in most cases what course of action would you recommend on the 3 new entities based on today's market prices for each.

Q: Would you prefer TLN o GEV for a long term hold? There is quite a difference in P/E.

Q: I'm looking to add a clear energy company and utility to my portfolio. I'm looking for compounding growth and open to Canada and the US. Please rank the following: Fortis, Emera, Canadian Power Corp and GE Vernova Inc. Also, if GE Vernova is an option, is there a prefered between the Canadian or US corps as I see listed on both.

Last question asked on GEV was on January 25th. Can you please update your views with respect to P/E, Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow? Debt looks tiny, can you confirm?
Last, I have a small position in HPS.A. Is GEV a direct competitor, and would a US company benefit from the threatened tariffs on other countries? Adding your general opinion on the stock and on the industry would be appreciated.

Q: On January 21st you replied to a question by Graeme "electrification" plays and one of companies in his list was GEV which had split from GE in April of last year. At that time I was looking at it and the stock was priced at about $137/share and today (early Friday), it sits at $437 and unfortunately I never pulled the trigger.

In your reply to Graeme, you noted that GEV had the highest valuation currently.

I am asking if that valuation is justified considering they are part of a team that is actually building SMRs. One (or more) for OPG in Ontario and just announced recently one for Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in TN. Of course that build other generating equipment as well.

Other SMR- associated stocks have recently jumped (SMR, NEE, OKLO) but none of these are actually building SMRs.

I would very much appreciate your thoughts.
