Q: Hi, Could you please provide more details on Quanta Services, as a niche operator in Power Infrastructure sector. Why do you consider it as one of your best picks in the sector ? How is its debt and current valuation ? After recent earnings of May 2, stock has gone up from $255 to $285, before pulling back briefly yesterday to $280. Would you be comfortable to start a position at current level or wait for a better entry point ?

The entire power grid needs to be updated and reimagined in many ways – some obvious and some that take more expertise to appreciate.

Tens of thousands of miles of overhead conductors will need to be replaced, and new lines will need to be built. And new distribution equipment, such as transformers, will need to be installed and serviced. In short, we believe investors should focus on the entire electric power value chain – from generation through consumption.
