Q: Can you suggest some stock and ETF's traded on both US and CDN exchanges that employ many blue collar workers that may not be effected by AI implementation. My thinking is that one always needs humans to do "actual" labour like building homes, plumbing & electrical maintenance etc. Does this make sense?

Q: The HVAC industry as a whole seems to have done well but many businesses now seem to be very richly valued...what is your view of that area going forward?

Trane has been a great investment. It is now 5% of my portfolio; given its valuation, if it was you, would you hold, trim or exit?

Or if you see this area as still having potential, rather than adding to TT, do you think SPX or CARR would be good options? Any others come to mind?

Q: I have some cash to deploy. Do you think yesterday's shift into 'other' stocks is a meaningful moment? I am not looking to sell any of the big US firms (GOOG, NVDA, etc.,) that I hold but wonder if it is an opportune time to put some of this money elsewhere. I am specifically looking at the US market and the move yesterday into RH and the like. Any sectors or specific stock suggestion that might fit this theme would be appreciated.
