Q: Hi Everyone,

Can I ask your favourite (3-5 names) US Industrials names right now and a brief statement why? I'm not concerned about the tariffs or recession possibility, but rather wondering what do you see as some great opportunities right now that have serious potential beyond the current situation.

VRT is my only US "Industrial" at present.

Q: I'm considering shareholder yield as a factor for investing. Can I have your opinion of such a strategy and is there a favourable/preferred % when looking at companies? Finally, would you have 5 US and 5 TSX companies that you would choose when considering this approach? Dock me as many questions as you like and thanks!

Q: The HVAC industry as a whole seems to have done well but many businesses now seem to be very richly valued...what is your view of that area going forward?

Trane has been a great investment. It is now 5% of my portfolio; given its valuation, if it was you, would you hold, trim or exit?

Or if you see this area as still having potential, rather than adding to TT, do you think SPX or CARR would be good options? Any others come to mind?
