Q: In a growth orientated TFSA I hold Real that I am tempted to sell and replace with Nuevi is this a good idea? (Oddly Real is up today and Nuevi is down)

Q: As I write this, Friday mid afternoon, all of the markets are sharply higher. Gains seem to be pretty much across the board. I like to look at outliers that are bucking the trend. There are a few stocks that you have been optimistic about that are actually down today. Wondering if any of these are not as favoured by the market, given their performance today. Perhaps issues with recent results. Understanding that you can't read too much into one day's trading, but several of these have dropped quite a bit lately, and I'm wondering what your current feelings would be on buying these today for a long term hold in a diversified portfolio. Would you give each a rating from 1 to 10 as to how strongly you would want each of these in a portfolio? BYD, CSU, CTS, DOO, DND, ENGH, LNF, PBH, REAL, STC.
Q: REAL OR XBC: Which stock has more upside, risk tolerance is not an issue and my portfolio is well diversified? They are in different sectors... If you had to choose 1 which would it be or would you own both?
Thanks for your service!

Q: Please name 5 companies in the USA and Canada that you think the market has punished unfairly in this tech sell off. Aggressive names with compelling fundamentals and huge growth opportunities would be the focus regardless of sector with a nod to companies with a 10 billion market cap or less. These would be companies in which the downside is fully priced in but nobody is giving them any credit for projected growth (and you believe that growth potential is substantial). If you could then pick your favourite from these in the US and Canada and add one sentence as to why I would be most appreciative!
Q: I read this morning that company insiders have for months been steadily selling shares into the open market at the same time the company is buying back shares. Does this not send a mixed message about how insiders view company prospects in terms of future share price?
Q: I saw that Real Matters just initiated an increased buy back. What does this translate to in terms of the % of outstanding shares.
Q: Am I wasting my time with this stock? I’m down about 30% and considering moving on. Stock seems to have solid financials and growing market share but nobody wants it!
Q: What is the current total insiders stake in Real Matters. Is it increasing during this market rotation or decreasing?
Thank You
Clarence

Q: My TFSA appears to be revisiting a March 31 bottom. It came up somewhat through April but is revisiting the low seen at the end of March. Is this also reflected in the tech stocks that 5I covers. Is the tech sector nearing somewhat of a “fair value” scenario. At what point during a sector rotation do investors suddenly realize that there may be some “value” in hanging on to growth tech stocks.
Q: Good Q results reported yesterday a.m., prompting some 5% increase. Then today it dropped $1.39(more than yesterday gain) apparently due to downgrades by a few analysts. It looks like that they expect interest rate to climb having a negative impact on business. Please may I have u opinion. Hold ,add or sell. Txs for u usual great services & views

Q: Hi,
I hold the above companies in my TFSA and would like to make the portfolio more concentrated for better upside potential. If you were forced to cut three positions and add the proceeds to any of the existing holdings, which one’s would you choose? Long term growth is the only objective.
Thanks

Q: Am I missing any major sectors with these stock investments?
Where should I focus if I would like to ensure a diverse portfolio?
Are there any stocks that I should dump?

Q: Gentlemen, is REAL a value play or value trap?
My understanding is that the pandemic reduced the requirement for in person real estate appraisals, hurting REAL despite the uptick in real estate activity. Going forward I can see things reverting back to normal for appraisals. Any interest rate increases will certainly hurt mortgage renewals. Analysts however seem to think the growth story is largely intact.
Thanks for everything you do.

Q: Thanks to Moez for a nice article/stock screener today. I was surprised to see so many companies from the Metals sector.
IF he were to apply one more criterion to the 22 companies that made the list, i.e. debt load, which companies would come up on the top?
( the companies with the least debt load to the most)
Thanks.

Q: The analyst at Raymond James seems to have called REAL "a disruptive influence".....or something like that. Does not sound very nice! Any idea what he means?

Q: I'm looking at the rebound in these tech and consumer discretionary stocks and wondering whether you have a preference for some of these companies over others. Could you please rank your favourites based on risk/reward to buy now, and would you recommend trading any to exchange for others? I have holdings in most.
Thanks for your thoughtful review.

Q: These are the 4 losing stocks in my long term hold portfolio. I am considering to sell them because I start to doubt my original thesis of owning them. Please rank in selling order if a better buying opportunity becoming available. Thank you. Bill.
Q: I have 15K to put to work in my TFSA. Which one would be your preference for short term growth. As usual thanks for the great service and thoughtful advice! Dan
