Q: Covid created the Virtual Office with many businesses opting to work from home using Zoom, Google Meet and MS Teams to name a few virtual meeting suppliers. Is there a potential looming on the horizon that office space will have a high vacancy rates and create pressure on REIT's that carry these empty spaces down the road?

Q: SL GREEN, despite its recent dividend cut, seems a decent choice. Would you suggest buying REITs at this time and, if so, which ones? I am a retiree seeking inflation-resistant income.

Q: Hi 5i, looking for help taming the RIETs part of my portfolio as i own all of the above. Can you help me with selling some REITs (anything I've doubled up on or is not the best choice). I am planning on redistributing the funds to the remaining REITs. As usual your help is appreciated, if you could rank them also that would be great.

Q: Some time ago i asked a question regarding the merits of holding a handful of us stocks along with my US etf’s, in order to get a little extra boost. You were ok with the strategy but cautioned against the kind of stocks I held i.e. Google, nvidia, msft, Costco, abbivie. While they were good stocks you said that the problem is that they are well represented in the various etf’s and that if i wanted a “kicker” to provide boost that I should go smaller in size. I wonder if you could provide a handful of stocks that would fit that criterion and would be ones that one would want to own long term. If they were also good candidates for selling options on that would be an added bonus. Thanks for your expertise and advice.

Q: I am moving toward retirement and looking for stocks with a Dividend of 4% plus. Could you suggest some Canadian and US companies that you feel are good value in todays market or ones to watch for this fall if things go down- separate lists please. All categories except financials as I'm overweight there. I'm interested in companies that can ride a recession with higher interest rates. Thank you!

Q: Good morning everyone at 5i! You have always said that you can’t time the market. I am going on the premise that the market is close to the bottom, and it is time to slowly start to add some names to the portfolio and to add to existing ones. Could you please suggest 5 growth and 5 income stocks ( US or Canadian) which you consider good buys at this point on time? Cheers, Tamara

Q: I have some cash sitting in my RRSP and was thinking of adding to either Brookfield Infrastructure or Realty Income REIT. I had Costco on the list, but noted in answering another question, you recommended waiting. Of the two, which do you feel is the better choice today? Or should I continue to hold the cash a bit longer until the markets settle? Thank you.

I am looking for your recommendations on good dividend paying stocks. Stocks which have come under pressure due to market conditions. Stocks that are low risk and do not have high debt. I am mostly interest in income stocks but would also like a stock that would give me some capital gains. I have listed these and would appreciate rating these. Please also provide me with any other tickers you feel would fit my needs here which I may not have thought about.

Thank you.
