I am looking for your recommendations on good dividend paying stocks. Stocks which have come under pressure due to market conditions. Stocks that are low risk and do not have high debt. I am mostly interest in income stocks but would also like a stock that would give me some capital gains. I have listed these and would appreciate rating these. Please also provide me with any other tickers you feel would fit my needs here which I may not have thought about.

Q: My portfolio is significantly over-weight tech and currently paying the price. Semi's (AMD, NVDA, SMH) had propped me up but not anymore. That's the bad news, good news is i have a sizable portion of cash to deploy. Over the next few months, where would you suggest deploying new cash? Which stocks, etf's, or sectors have been unjustly hit the hardest?
The rest of my portfolio is anchored by XIU, BAM, BIP, ENB, CNQ, etc.

Q: We are selling our house and will be renting a condo instead, so I’ll have 500k to put in the stock market. My current portfolio is mainly Canadian dividend stocks and bonds, providing me with plenty of retirement revenue. I am light on non-Canadian stocks and was looking at buying the above-mentioned stocks for a long term holding period (10+ years). Q: Hi gang, my question has to do with Costco's valuation. Can you please give me your quick and dirty evaluation for a long term hold? Also I'm seeing different p/e numbers, your page shows 27 while G&M shows 44. As for dividend, they seem to do a special dividend every few years, what is your view of a pending one soon.
