Q: What is your opinion of Hammond Power? Should I be buying it? Thank you

Q: I have a question about HPS. This is a small company that seems to have recently come on your radar, noting staggering growth in a stable market. With this growth rate it is still small, just cresting the 1B market value recently.
What is making it so successful? It seems like a ‘boring’ low tech company. What is its future expected growth and what is its addressable market?
Any comments would be helpful to understand how electrical infrastructure widgets became such a big new thing.

Q: Have held KXS for several years.. I’m wanting to replace it with better growth…already hold CSU, TOI, LMN, SHOP, DSG, GSY, WSP…

Q: Are there any small cap names on your radar that have been growing their top line and profits every year that appear to have a long runway of growth ahead of them -or any that you're excited about?
Along with that are there any that stand out to you that would begin to garner attention from bigger players in the coming years if they continue to grow stay on track? I Would like to a few ideas for a long term hold if the companies can continue to execute.

Q: Not a question, but a comment. And not sure if it’s relevant or not.

I’ve been involved in the electrical industry for 35+ years and have been aware of Hammond from a users perspective for much of that time. They’re noted for having good equipment, debatably the Honda or Toyota of relatively small dry type electromagnetic gizmos. Not the least expensive, but good value. It’s reliable, available, and therefore rather ubiquitous in industrial electrical rooms. I own the company not only because of your endorsement but because I like their products.

Similar comment with Powell. Pretty good equipment from a technical perspective and reasonably priced. Good innovators and flexible offerings. They seem to be winning lots of fully evaluated tenders.

One last comment. If privately-owned Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Inc. ever goes public, consider buying. Fabulous relays and communication equipment for the utility and industrial power system space, and exceptional service.

Q: Its been having a nice and steady move to the right. At what price does the valuation look fair? Also with all the talk of EV sales slowdown will this have an impact on the demand for their products? Not sure what % of their rev / sales is tied to the EV market.

Q: What would you view as being the top Canadian compounders over say a 10-15 year period. I'm thinking CSU and ATD. What others for investors that want compounding growth over many years.

Q: How would you value above companies for a long term industrial hold.? Are there other companies in the North American industry you would prefer? Thank you.

Q: I am considering starting new positions or adding to existing positions in a number of these companies. In What order would you purchase these companies, from first to last? Is there any of these companies you would not currently buy? Looking at 3 to 5 year timeline..

Q: Hi Team,
I was debating if it was time to trim some NVDA after the big gains the stock has had over the past while. Do you have any quality growth names that would you suggest buying with the funds if I do decide to trim at this point? From my end I was thinking of HPS.A...would this be advisable? Or perhaps ISRG. Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I am a long time holder of Premium Brands, have always liked its prospects but have grown impatient with the stagnation in stock price. Considering a move to Hammond but wonder if I have missed out on the run up in price. Would you endorse the switch or have another suggestion. When I have made these types of decisions in the past many times patience would have been the best move.

Q: is there any upside at all to this company because exactly a year ago today well was at $3.85 per share and today it is at $3.72 per share. I have lost my patience with this company can you please suggest a better company that might have potential in the next year or 2 thank you
