Q: Happy New Year!

I am looking at where to deploy my TFSA contribution for this year and would be interested to hear your thoughts. My largest position is BN at close to 5% so I am thinking of adding to my smaller positions listed above. If this were your portfolio, would you add this year's $7000 to one stock, or add smaller amounts to two or three stocks? Or, would you only add to BN as it is still at a sleep at night percentage?

Thank you!

Q: Everyone, On December 9th, i asked a question on multi baggers and you supplied the list stated above. I am now deciding - What rationale do i use to pick from the list? Is it 5 or 10 and which 5 or 10? My thought is to choose them all. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Clayton

Q: Everyone, i never understand what will make a multi bagger until one has already happened. What would you consider the characteristics of a multi bagger and what stocks do think will make that list in 10 or 20 years from now? Clayton

Q: Hi, do you have a preference between these two? They are both well off their 52 week highs. I realize tax loss selling has probably contributed to this and/or they are just small caps caught up in the out of favour market sell off. Would you own both or consolidate into one? Or do you have another small cap preference to these two? I already own PNG and ZDC.

cheers....

Q: I currently own a small position in GSY in my TFSA. Tired on the volatility of this stock and considering changing for HPS.A. Sector change is ok.
Which of the two would you consider to have better growth prospects for a 5 year hold? Why?

Thanks,

Jim

Q: I’m only interested in Canadian compounders. Compounding companies that are mid to large cap that I am invested in are CSU, TOI, LMN, TFII, and ATD. Can you recommend 5-10 possibilities for 5-10 year compounders in the Canadian small cap space?

Q: In reviewing your Growth portfolio YTD I notice that the best YTD increases are CLS, PNG,ZDC,GLXY, HPS.A … in that order. And mor of these are your top holdings as well.

Given the pullback are any of these “buyable” again now; and if so, at what prices would you suggest. I already own all of these stocks - thank you very much!

Also please included a buyable rating for each from 10 down to 1 with 10 being a great buy and 1 not at this time.
Thank you very much

Q: Hi there,

Can you give me a 1 (low)-10 (high) ranking on these as to which you BUY/ADD right now for a 3-5 year horizon?

I know you’re not big fans of averaging down but are there any of these that you’d look at if you bought at higher prices?

Thanks.

Q: If HPS.A is already owned at a 3.5% weight, would you consider NVT as well? I heard they do somewhat different things but also overlap in certain areas. Both have a global presence and serve various industries. Would you consider these two great choices for continued electrification and data center growth? If you had to consider 1-2 more names, what would they be? Thanks!
