AEG Power makes mission critical industrial power electronics. It adds 780 people, five manufacturing sites and $326M in sales. The deal expands products, customers, faciltiies and geographic expsosure. It is all cash but exact terms were not disclosed. The deal is accretive. We think it is good, but it is quite sizeable. It adds 35% to the HPS sales base. All in we see it as positive.
