Q: I'm down 50% on this one. Any chance of recovery in the next 12-18 months or time to move on as there appears to be better opportunities out there? If so, can you suggest a couple replacements? Many thanks.

I am in a loss position with the above stocks. They represent a very small size of my portfolio. Which ones would have a good chance for recovery in the next 12 months? I am trying to determine which ones I should sell to allocate to other shares with better chances. You can give %s for their recovery in the next 12 months.

Q: I purchased Zip Recruiter last year after reading about it in the Investor Suite. It had a high probability of achieving it's target price. Unfortunately, the markets have had many headwinds from various factors and now, a recession may loom near. May I please have a current view of Zip Recruiter and it's medium term (2 year) outlook.

Q: After today's pop, is it too late to get on the bandwagon for a short term trade for the next 6 months? I am overweight tech already and it would be an addition to the sector exposure. Or, perhaps wait for it to settle down before taking a position- see how volatile the market may be the next couple of weeks.

Q: ZIP IPOed recently, and I wonder what your thoughts on it are? I worry that it may not have much of a moat compared to larger job board Indeed, but it seems to be growing very fast, and may be a great idea for the post-pandemic recovery, especially since so many people are changing jobs right now.
