Q: Can you give your updated thoughts on Caldwell Partners? In their recent ER the mgmt made comments that growth in this current quarter was getting strong again. If growth is in fact returning, not sure for how long since the revs are lumpy and highly tied to the economy. But if growth returns, does the company look like a decent higher risk microcap buy otherwise? Thx

Q: Crystal Ball question here, but IF CWL keeps executing and growing, where would you predict the stock could be in 5-10 years? A possible take-over target? A major international headhunting/staffing company? Any comparables out there?

Q: What is your opinion of CWL results and outlook. The fiscal Q2 results only reflect 2 months of recent acquisition but the "new" Caldwell has a revenue run rate of over $100M now against a market cap of $46 million despite the share price gains year-to-date. Do you think the company will garner more investor attention now to bring the market cap more in line with the revenue growth?

Q: What did 5i think about Caldwell Partners Q1 results. It looked strong with a good outlook. I get the impression that Caldwell is going into a new direction with their recent acquisition which included talent software technology which my attract more investor attention and allow the stock to trade at a higher revenue multiple rather than only 30%-40% of revenues which it has traded at in the past. With the acquisition their revenue run rate is about c$90 million, not really small anymore. Your thoughts?

Q: Hi 5i:
It appears Caldwell Partners is now looking to utilize the capital markets to grow by issuing some stock in an acquisition valued about US$11M with today's purchase of a high growth US AI tech firm in talent search. Do you think the market will begin to look differently at CWL going forward given the tech angle which would allow the stock to trade at higher revenue multiple then 30% of sales it has traded at for the past many years while being profitable and debt free.
