Q: What is 5i thoughts of Caldwell Partners' all-time record-breaking quarterly results. It seems that they have recovered nicely from a slow start to this fiscal-year. They also suggest in their outlook that fiscal Q4 could be just as strong (or stronger) than Q3 which could lead to a record-breaking year for the Company. If anything the results and outlook is great bell-weather indicator of the strength of US economy for which a large portion Caldwell's revenues are generated from.

Q: Hi 5i,
I looked on the MSI web site and it looks like they do not offer Career Management Services (ie job loss displacement servces). Can you confirm this please?
This service seems to be offered by PEO. Can you also confirm this please?
In my opinion, this is a key service to have if there is a significant downturn in our economy and there is a great deal of job loss. Can you suggest any CDN listed stocks which may provide this service?
thanks

Q: After market close Caldwell Partners released their fiscal 2018 results reporting a record year. They also raised their quarterly dividend rate to $0.0225 and gave a positive outlook for fiscal 2019. What do you think of the results relative to the current stock price? I notice that the stock trades less than 50% of its annual revenue run rate with revenues growing at a double digit rate.

Q: Caldwell Partners' stock price has been trending higher with trading volumes slightly higher too. I believe this is anticipation to fiscal 2018 results most likely due out next week and maybe a dividend increase too. Given the Company's strong balance sheet should the stock not trade at dividend yield of 5% or less implying a stock price of $1.75 prior to any dividend increase with more upside potential thereafter based on results and outlook for fiscal 2019?

Q: I noticed 5i has dropped Reliq a growth stock from your portfolio. Would STC, QST, ITC & CWL be good growth stock replacements given their current value?

Q: I have complied a list of what I believe are all high quality microcap stocks with current market valuations that are still very attractive and have good upside potential over the next 12 months. How does 5i ranks these stocks and am I missing some obvious microcap stocks with similar traits?

Q: Mr. Darcy Morris, founder and CEO of Ewing Morris & Co. Investment Partners, has just joined the board of Caldwell Partners. In the director filing, Ewing Morris a Toronto-based investment manager, has acquired over 2 million shares of Caldwell stock through its managed funds. Could this appointment and share ownership lead to a future dividend increase or other shareholder value enhancing events considering the stock is so cheap by many metrics?

Q: Request 5is view on Caldwell Partners.
How is the company's business model, quality of management and profitability?
The gross margins seem to be good but net margins seem too thin and not sustainable.
How big can they grow? Currently they are at $58 million revenue. Can they scale up or will they remain small company forever?
Does it have potential to attract institutional investors?
Too many questions but Im trying to understand the company because the stocks liquidity and trading is nothing much to speak of. My concern on trading is will this remain a penny stock and later get in to restricted list or get delisted?
