Q: Would you be able to provide any insights in to what Avante delaying the April 19th meeting means (the news released tonight).

"Discussions with its significant shareholders has led to them postponing the special meeting related to SSC for the time being".

Q: What 5i's opinion on Avante's Q3 results. It appears revenues was way above expectations, the majority of which recurring according to the Company and now at a $100M run rate. Should this stock be trading at 45% of revenues at this internal growth rate while other stocks trade at 10x revenues with negative EBTITDA? Seems mispriced notwithstanding debt levels are also reducing.

Q: What is 5i thoughts about Avante Logixx's Q2 results? The market cap of this Company seems totally out of sync with the reality of its annual revenue base run rate and growth over $90 million which is largely predictable? Also management and director ownership position is high and growing.

Q: Hi 5i Team,
I am looking at gradually building up positions in the above stocks over the next year as part of a diversified small cap growth portfolio.

Could you please comment on them and their growth prospects? If their is an economic downturn how does their survivability look? Are their any red flags that I'm missing?
In what order would you start buying them given today's price?

Q: Ever since the Company's new CEO and Polar Asset Management disclosed that they own combined close to 38% of Avante's shares, the stock has been trending higher and hitting 5-year highs. Does the revamped shareholder base make the Company more valuable and/or is it the expectation of what is to come from a the new CEO who has an industry track record?

Q: I have a question about two companies.

11.6% of XX shares were acquired by Campbell at 39.5 cents. The stock was halted and it dropped after the halt was removed to around 33 cents. Do you think there is something cooking or it is just pure speculation. Would you recommend buying If already owned.

CHH dropped a lot due to CEO resignation and the shares dropped. I already had some shares at 63 cents and I bought more at 53. Is this a good company for one year time frame. Thanks

Q: Peter:

What is your thought about Avante Logixx (TSXV: XX). Yes it is very small company in the security space, but they have had a remarkable turnaround to profitability and date 36% of their revenues are recurring. They also have good balance sheet. They are like junior Alarmforce.
