Q: Andrew on Jan. 19 asked about over the counter stocks in a TFSA. I recently did this calling iTrade (1 1/2 hour wait time) about IFC being moved to the US side - IFCZ - otc (same company) and the broker said since it is a Canadian stock I could hold it in a TFSA and it would fine -- which I did do. Shortly will sell it and acquire US cash.

Q: Two questions I use Waterhouse for trading and a day trade told me that their quotes are delayed and he use a quicker more recent quote for trades. Is there somewhere else I should be going to view more current bid and asks for trading

Why are there not more take over deals with such record low interest rates? Are banks not supporting deals?

Q: Portfolio Analytics shows I still need 35% international funds in order to be balanced. I know it is more tax efficient to place ZEM and XEF in a non-registered account; however, I have room to place $15,000+ in my TFSA. My question is: Do you think it is wise to use TFSA for ZEM (given its potential for higher growth than ZCN) even though the foreign withholding fee is non-recoverable? Or, it is optimal that I find more growth stocks and add ZCN to my TFSA now then wait to purchase ZEM in a non-registered account in 3-6 months time?

Q: Hi,

When does Cargojet report next and what is expected vs prior year and vs last quarter reported? Just looking to see the improvement from a year ago and last Q.
Also, is the ROE reported on your Companies page accurate/updated? If not can you please provide an updated value?
Lastly, what is CJ's track record at beating their guidance/estimates, wrt EPS? When I looked on Marketbeat, their record was not very encouraging. ie missed more EPS estimates than beat over last 8 quarters.

Low weightings in Basic Materials, Consumer Cyclical, Consumer Defensive, Health Care, Industrials and Tech..
Also need more US and international exposure.

Q: Just read another "we're all gonna die" forecast from Rosenberg along with a different analyst calling for 6% GNP growth this year. I get whiplash reading this stuff.
