Q: Hi 5i,
Seem like the KXS is still weak due to the Blue Yonder Complaint in court, I am thinking to accumulate more, but want to wait until for lower, what would be a good entry price? Does the current price already reflected the worst scenario? If not, how worst the stock price should be usually for such court case happened in these companies? Kindly advice, many thanks.

Q: Do you still like these 2 for the long term?
Ignoring sector allocation and company size, would you add to KXS, PHO or both and briefly why? Looking for the best risk / reward scenario. I currently have half position in each. 5 year + investment. Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i team,
Where is the PR group of KXS these days? They are strangely silent on the Blue Yonder complaint in a Texas court on patent infringement. The only item I see is the Dec 14th release saying that KSX will vigorously defend itself against the claims. That’s it. Has it gone to trial? Has KXS set out any defense? Most companies under attack would at least issue some sort of rebuttal. What do you make of this silence?

Q: I have full positions on those above. I want to add one more tech company. I am trying to buy only one within the sector and at the same time diversify their business. Q: I am overweight in Tech in my TFSA account. The tech stocks I own are: CSU, DSG, KXS, QCOM, VGT. What would you sell first or would you just reduce weightings? I have done very well with CSU, DSG and QCOM but I am wondering if they have run out of steam.

My second question relates to increasing holdings in Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Communications and Health Care. Please suggest your top pick (Canadian or US) in each of the above sectors. My preference is for growth in my TFSA.

Q: Happy new year to 5i team!

I own the companies listed above within TFSA in equal positions of 8-10% except KXS where I am at 3% position.
I will add 6K to TFSA in 2021
Option 1: Buy more KXS with new money
Option 2: Buy XBC with new money
Option 3: Sell REAL and buy both KXS and XBC

In your opinions which of above option has better growth potential

Q: Is CELH in any way comparable to Monster Beverage Corp which has amazing stock price performance ? Is it a good time to add ZM ? Would SHOP, JD , KXS enjoy a significant benefit from the RCEP , China & EU market opening investment pact ? What are those companies ( if any ) would benefit ? Thanks a million ? Happy New Year.

What does the complaint from Blue Yonder against Kinaxis look like to you? I don't know if there has been any clarification yet but my feeling from what I have read it seems Blue Yonder is tooting it's horn for publicity.
