Q: Hi Team,
I was looking for a list of some beat down, quality names in this carnage with robust potential, to hold my breath and buy some more shares for the long term. Names that have the potential to recover and continue climbing higher, once the market normalizes (whenever that may be). 4 names I was thinking of were either NVDA, SHOP, WELL or TOI. Which of these would be your top choice for the highest return potential over the next 10yr period? Do you have any other names in mind which you would prefer or the ones I listed? Thanks

Q: I feel that the future will usher in an era where good investments will be found in the renewable energy area. Just wondering if you agree. If so, I would appreciate it if you would rank order your 6 favorite investments in this sector. I'm interested in both Canadian and America companies and looking mostly for capital appreciation. (some dividends would also be appreciated).

Q: Questions on Topicus:

What makes Topicus different from any other software company - i.e. what makes it more attractive relative to others?

Since it's operations are European, does it currently trade at comparable European valuations?

The economic outlook for Europe appears to be worse than North America. Is this not a concern over the short to medium term?

How do Topicus' current metrics compare to when it first traded?

If you were to choose 3 highest-conviction Canadian growth stocks with similar market cap / risk profile / management quality, would Topicus be one of them?

Q: I'm playing around with a screener and trying to find potential multibaggers. I've been screening for ROE and ROIC greater than 20%. What other metrics would you suggest for this screen that would include quality potential multibaggers but exclude the crappy companies that just show up due to 1 year of high ROIC & ROE. Thx
