Q: Please list and rank up to 10 US stocks which you see as having the best potential for capital returns over the next 3-5 years. Also, please provide a risk rating for each, using a scale of 1-10 with 1 being low risk.
Thank you for your highly valued opinion which has proven to be excellent for my investment over the past several years.

Q: I already own shares in all of these companies but I'm thinking of selling my MSFT due to a decent % held in also owned ETFs but also that I don't think it has as much growth in the next 1-2 years relative to the others. Thus I'm thinking of selling my MFST and putting the $ equally into the other three.

Am I correct in thinking there is more potential growth in U, NVDA and GOOG than in MSFT?

Q: Which companies (CAN/ US) and/or ETFs would you recommend to buy today for the best exposure to AI? This would be for an 80 year old investor who wants to allocate 8% of his portfolio to AI.
Thank you for your guidance.

Q: I hold the above 7 stocks in my RRIF. I have to sell part of one of them soon.
Ignoring sector balance; I am concerned with maximizing long term growth whether it be capital gains, dividends or interest. So I would like to sell the one with the poorest prospects for gains over the next 2-3 years.
I should also note that my largest holding,NVDA, is over 7% of my entire investment holdings. This is a level where I would normally start to trim a bit but it has been on such a tear that I have been reluctant to trim it. And I note that you are still keen on it as a growth stock.
So I am comfortable to leave it alone if you agree.
Which would you suggest be sold?
Thank you

Q: Hello team, Shortly I will have $100K CDN and $100K U,S, to deploy for a long term hold ( 10+ years).
Could you recommend a few high quality, value & growth stocks? And what % would you buy now? I am not trying to time the market, but are you anticipating a correction during tax loss? Also, how many stocks (CDN & U.S) would you suggest?
Thanks
Carlo

Q: GOOG is now about 10% of my holdings excluding the fixed portion of my total portfolio. At what % would you let this one run before scaling back? In previous response to members you indicated an 8% start make you nervous but, this is GOOG a member of the trillion company.
Thanks.

They are financially stable with a long term balanced portfolio and are interested in allocating the new cash into quality, long term positions with growth potential. US, Canada and industry non specific. What would you recommend as your top 5 US and Canadian positions and why?

Q: Wanting to get involved in the TaaS movement. Do you think it would be wise to invest in APTV and NVDA as the suppliers of parts for electric vehicles or to stick with investing in the completed car, and if so which one, or some of each.?

Q: I own trade desk, roku, magnite and google (thank you all for great advice) that all popped due to a strong return to advertising. This coincided with the election results and it made me wonder if some of the pop would be a result of massive ad spending from the Republicans and Democrats? If so, would the end of that $ flow affect earnings in following quarters or is it minor or non-existent in the recent advertisement boost to these companies? Thanks as always. Brian

Q: With all these lawsuits, tariffs and inquisitions going on these companies due to their overall dominance / killing competition etc..How much is it affecting their ability to conduct business.. or the costs are so small, it is just a cost of doing business for these companies? Is it really impacting their revenues, profits etc..I can see it affects their ability to buy new businesses.. Thanks. Regards, Shyam

Q: I would like to have a little fun with this question. Imagine a boxing match between Canadian companies and American companies...each round is represented by a sector so lets say it is a fight gone bad and there are extra rounds covering 11 sectors. Please pick a favourite Canadian Contender and a strong American contender for each round and who wins the round. Example Round 10 Technology Red corner Constellation Software vs Blue corner Microsoft. Won by Microsoft or Constellation Software. The rules...If you wish to give reasons why the round went one way or another, it's your choice. A good clean fight use the criteria of your investment strategies. The point...I am curious if the Canadian Companies stack up and in what areas I should be looking at South of the border. Thank you
