Q: I am looking at investing 2023 contributions (2 x $6500) in stocks and/or ETFs. Please provide 5 stocks and 5 ETFs for long term hold. Rank the stocks and ETFs and comment on why they are being recommended,

Q: My portfolio analytics says I'm low on consumer staples.

I'm considering the above companies but also wondering if the ETFs listed might be the better way to go.

Q: I did reorganise my portfolios in 2022 for a majority of diversified dividend ETFs and a minority of selected excellent dividend stocks.This strategy was satisfactory ,and I shall not sell this content in 2023.My strategy in 2023 will consider the possibility of a bear market,I shall only " add-on" some stocks on weakness .Could you list 10 canadian+10 us stocks ( not ETFs), among the safest in a bear market in your opinion,including 7 dividend stocks+3 growth stocks for each list,and rank them for safety if possible,many thanks,JY

Q: I have been fortunate to own the above names, some for not as long as I wish I did. When you look at their 10 year charts they are impressive. Can I ask you to list a few more Canadian and perhaps several U.S. stocks that maybe also pay a small dividend but that you consider must own names for long term growth? (I do own BN as well). Q: I have had these 2 companies in my rrsp portfolio for over 2 and half years now. usb has been up and down but not doing anything and cvs was up nicely and now i reached the even mark on it. I would like to replace both of these what will be your suggestion would you have that i can replace these 2 with what other stocks please and thank you

Q: Good morning, this is a question re the outrageously high prices Convient Stores like Circle K charge on almost everything in their store. How long can Alimention Couche Tarde keep calling themselves a Consumer Staple when they charge roughly three-hundred percent more for example a Chocolate bar compared to places like Dollarama for exactly the same thing? Or how long will or can people be willing to pay these prices, thanks?

In my (hopefully) high growth basket of stocks, I would like to do some consolidation. The partnership with TikTok is supposed to be beneficial for Sprout Social, but with the security concerns about TikTok in the recent news, do you think that Sprout will be significantly impacted? Q: Wow, wild ride lately. I'm looking for some solid companies to tame things down in my portfolio. I would greatly appreciate it if you could recommend some companies that fit the following requirements:
1. Are reasonably valued.
2. Have a solid business model that have protective moats that shied them from competitive threats.
3. Generate strong cashflow and earnings even in a higher interest rate environment.
I'm interested in both Canadian and American companies. Thanks, as always for your support.
