Q: Since the market has no appetite for growth companies driven by acquisition, should we sell and invest in something else and wait for it to return.

Q: Hi 5i Team, and would appreciate your analysis of the just posted results from SentinelOne. Also, do you see any endearing qualities or strengths to the business as a long term opportunity in the cybersecurity sector, and how would you rank it as a buy with respect to the larger well-known names in the sector. Thanks from an appreciative member.
Q: Hey 5i Team,
There hasn't been a question in a while on TTCF. It's latest Q report May 9) showed pretty good growth, reiterated forecast, new product to be released soon (non-frozen foray) they are low on debt, price has been crushed from IPO, they're small so risky but, .... at this low point they look to be worth a punt - what are your thoughts on it?

Q: Hi 5i,
What would be a reasonable PE and growth rate for MAGT?
What do you think would be a very attractive price to pay for MAGT?
Is there a different readily available valuation ratio one might use for MAGT?
If so, please suggest the ratio and the recommended value.
thanks

Q: hi,
looking at recent earnings reports ( last was final year 2021/fourth quarter 2021 march 23,2022 release ), CPLF looks pretty good to me. it has growing revenue, profit, EBITDA, as well as a significant decreasing net loss. it seems to be in a business that is not going away, even with current economic conditions. it is extremely under the radar. it has positive cash balance. it is way down in price. do you think this is a good time to nibble away and add to a position? what are your current thoughts on this one? why do you think there is no coverage of this one in any investing/business media? cheers, chris

Q: I know you rate this stock as an A and according to your report, think quite highly of it.
Well I've held this stock for 4 years and it is at the same level today as it was Jan 2019. It's down approx 40% since Jan 22.
Basically dead money. Other than the 2% dividend, I could have done as well in a 5 year GIC.
Is it time to throw in the towel. I believe I am a patient investor, but like you patience does run out.
If your answer is yes what is your top TSX listed NON TECH suggestion to replace it.
If your answer is no, why?
Thanks
Sheldon

Q: I see that this name has been downgraded by a few analysts even after the fall. Do you suggest that I continue to hold? At this point, I figure it may take me 2 years or more to break even but I don’t want to hold if it’s going to keep falling to $17 or something. Thank you.

Q: Hello 5I,
I am down 40% on multiple US Marijuana stocks. The ones that are taxable accounts I am considering selling and buying other stocks with potential to triple or more over the next 5 years plus. What would be your highest conviction picks to be able to accomplish these returns in US and Canada? Maybe 5 options for each? Thanks

Q: What are a few smaller/aggressive growth-oriented names in Canada and the US that you think have the potential to work out quite well w/ a 5+ year timeframe, and that are not too likely to go out of business in a prolonged recession?
