Q: In the LIRA account which is quite small the holdings are SJ, FSZ and TOY. TOY is only a 2% weight, SJ and FSZ both 3.6 % weight and all 3 are in a loss position. Would you add to any of these or look for a new stock to add like GDI to the LIRA? I have a long time before retiring.

Q: Could you please give me your latest thoughts on this company. Seems to be a leader in voice recognition. The momentum has been impressive since 2016 and analysts keep ratcheting up share targets. I am thinking of making an investment in my RRSP.

You have provided me with many tremendous ideas over the years!

Q: In my TFSA I have had a nice run with SQ and was thinking of selling it out and "starting over" with a couple or three of the above listed stocks that you have recently identified as having high potential ( with the same? amount of risk that came with buying SQ a couple of years back) What do you see as the pros and cons of such a move and if implemented which 2 or 3 would you chooses at this time?

Q: Hi 5i Team - Could you provide the names of 5 or 6 companies which you think have potential for good growth but are still in relatively early stages of development and are still pretty much unknown to the investment world. I am looking for companies with manageable levels of debt or no debt at all. Sector and market cap are not a factor. Thank you.

Q: A first question on this Discovery, which has a fairly stale chart over five years. However, they have some significantly subscribed to channels including Discovery, Animal Planet, TLC and HGTV. With Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Disney vying for space and content, how would you rate DISCK as a takeover target? With a $15B market cap, I know APPL and AMZN could afford it, what about the others?

Q: Greetings 5i,

There seems to be much interest in asset management and infrastructure firms these days, BAM.A, BEP, Apollo Global Management, Blackrock... etc. Do you see the business model becoming saturated? Is there competion between these companies for the better assets? Has risk increased due to lower margin aquisitions and competition? Or is there plenty of opportunities for these companies and a clear runway for growth? What are your thoughts.

Q: I am looking to make a small speculative investment and wanted your comments before I pull the trigger. I am interested in FIRE, but don't want to get burned and would like to know:
- how much cash do they have on hand and based on their current burn rate how long will this last?
- how much debt do they have and are they in danger of insolvency?
- I understand that being a smaller player they carry more risk but is their management well regarded with a clear path to grow and are they considered to be a likely survivor?
I don't mind investing and waiting for the stock to find its footing but do not want to invest in a company that is not highly regarded. I appreciate your comments.

Q: I have continued to hold because I thought the overall strategy was sound and selling pot as a retail business makes longer term sense compared to the valuations in the pot growing companies themselves. Can you comment on recent earnings and how you see management's strategy playing out? Does their generally optimistic evaluation of the quarter and their prospects seem reasonable?
