Q: I have recently become aware of the potentially valuable AI aspect of the otherwise uninteresting (to me) bitcoin mining business. Which firms are best situated to profit from AI?
Best regards
David
Q: Tough question for you guys. Can you give some stocks on either Canadian and/or US exchanges that are reasonable TotalReturn proxies for XIU over a 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 years or more time horizon.
Now both Trump and Harris want to support BITCOIN Why?? there are millions of young investors ( VOTERS ) age 20 to 39 They will all vote for whoever has best platform on BITCOIN and they will VOTE
What is best way to play this, ETFS there are now many , even ARK and FINK

Q: I wonder if HPS' compensation policy includes SBC annually. If that's the case and we look at the stock's performance over the past 3 years, the stock was $12. in 2022. If the options are vested after 3 years as is often the case or worse if vested 5 years is'nt there a danger of putting a lid on the stock price until the options are totally vested and cashed? I'm worried that the money invested in the past year will be dead money no matter what PE shows. Right or wrong?
Q: I see CI MSCI Canada Quality Index Class ETF (FQC.TO) is no longer available. This was an ETF that seemed to following 5i's investments strategy. It's replacement CI Canada Quality Dividend Growth Index ETF (DGRC.TO) is very different, with a much different sector allocation.
Is there another Canadian ETF that you would recommend as a replacement for FQC, that is similar to the 5i strategy?
Q: Please comment AW.un's Q2 results and news today resulting in a gaintic leap of some 17% to $33.45 current price. Txs for U usual great views & services
Q: Hi Peter & 5i,
Will you please explain the proposed strategic combination? Looks like if every unit holder tendered their shares for $37, then I'd receive $37 for 30% of my shares and 1 share of the new company for the remaining 70%?
If all unit holders (except me) elected to convert their shares to the new company, is it possible to receive $37 for 100% of my shares?
What is your recommendation?
Q: Reading TSX Money about the combination of A&W Royalties Income Fund and A&W Food Services, it says, "Each Fund unit to be exchanged for one share of the combined company or $37.00 in cash (subject to proration)." As I write the unit price of A&W Income Fund is $33.76 which is a long way from $37. Can you please explain what unit holders have to do in order to get the full $37?
Q: In spite of Nvidia’s recent drop, I still find myself quite “tech heavy”, and I’m sure I’m not alone! Thinking of trimming, how would you rank these: NVDA, AAPL, AMZN, GOOGL, MSFT, SHOP.
