Q: I'm assuming you'll have a few questions on this company but just in case...
Thoughts on Q4/full year? Sustainable dividend? Given rent collection struggles, notably with Prospect holdings, how long (in your opinion) before we see some recovery in share price? They noted 12-18 months for turnaround I believe

Q: In a previous question, you recommended these three stocks which I'm interested in.
My question is evaluating them at their current price. Do you consider them good value at their current prices? What are the best metrics to look at in order to judge this?

Q: An article today suggested that Apple is close to coming out with a diabetic monitoring capability for its iWatch. If correct, what would that do to DXCM?
With that question in mind, I'm looking to add a small position in healthcare. Which of the listed companies do you see as having a better future for a long-term hold?
Appreciate your insight.

Q: Good Morning,
In a recent answer to one of my questions you suggested that WMB would be a good income investment.
I am not sure if I am reading this information correctly but it looks to me that the dividend has gone up and down over many years.
Is this correct? Do you have any concerns with WMB in terms of yield stability and safety?

Q: Can you please comment on Unity Software (U) latest earnings released yesterday. Was there anything of particular interest to note from the call the call yesterday (either good or bad; I cant find a recording of the call on their site)? What is your view of this company after this latest report (buy/add, hold or sell)? Do you believe in current management, seems to struggle despite being in a global duopoly in its industry.

Q: Hi Peter,
You had this qn on Jan. 23, 2023:
My sister wants to invest in 10 Canadian stocks that are relatively safe in terms of capital preservation but which offer possible dividend and growth . Hopefully the stocks would be in different sectors that you would recommend.
Now, for a 5 yr + time period, what 11 US quality stock from each sector would you recommend ?
Please deduct as many credits as necessary.
Thanks a million.

Q: Hello,
I have small positions in these 6 stocks, all in the red - MTCH, ROKU, GNRC are in registered accounts, RBLX, UPST, ZM in non-registered. I don't find it easy to sell any stocks but in the spirit of 'pulling weeds', can I get your opinion on which of these, if any, you would sell. Any that might be worth adding to at their current valuation?
Thank you for your insights, Doris

Q: Could you tell me the 5 year growth rate, current price vs historical price ratios. Is NV5 Global expensive here? It has pulled back today... what is your buy thesis?
Q: Good Morning,
Please share your thoughts on MPW for a retired income investor.
Is the yield safe and secure? Is the growth potential for both the dividend and value?
Thanks very much.
