Q: Hi 5I,
Just wanted to get your input on supply chain challenges from the tariffs and what impact this might have specifically for Dollarama. It is in my portfolio and has done well but will there come a time where some shelves are bare and successes are challenged. Should we be trimming Dol.ca in anticipation of this event?

Q: HI Peter,
Would you continue to dollar cost average into Dollarama at $164+? Or do you think it's fully valued? The investing site I use for company historical data shows the current PE as 38.3 (high) and in between the 38.3 and 20.9 for the last 10 years. The forward PE for the next 2 years as 36.3 and 32.5. We've been slowly DCAing and it's worked out OK thus far. Thanks for stellar advice during these tumultuous times.

Q: Hi 5i, I went through their results and they matched or beat their goals, and forward growth looks good. I would appreciate you analysis, especially with respect to forward growth. With their expansion in DollarCity and the new purchase in Australia the runway looks good. Again thx for this recommendation several years ago!
Q: What do you think of its acquisition of The Reject Shop in Australia.?

Q: Hi Gang,
If you had 40K CAD to invest in an unregistered account for a short 2 yr old.. given the environment in which we are in....Where would you invest? Sector is irrelevant - CAD stock is a must (I can't stomach the hit on conversion) UNLESS there is a CDR you would recommend although I know you prefer the real deal. Can be one or multiple. Goal is to maximize growth while preserving capital. Thank you!

Q: In the context of Return on Equity (ROE), what is the ideal ROE? I am asking because, when we examine company profiles, we can see significant differences in companies’ ROE. For example, here are the figures for: RY-CA 14%, DOL-CA 104%, and HD-US 405%. Why is there such a disparity? Thank you
Q: Hi Folks,
I currently hold HD in my non-registered account. I am thinking of switching to DOL for a little/lot more growth - they seem to be going in opposite direction. May I have your opinion?
Thanks

Q: What would be your favorite Consumer staples/defensive names at this time and are they over valued now, or continue to be a flight to safety, considering the circumstances of the day. Your thoughts on the above or any additional companies for this sector.
Thank you,
