Q: I have been doing a deeper dive on the result from CRWD and NVEI, both have increased their share compensation to employees substantially in the last year. As an investor do you have any concerns, I am wondering how much of the future gains will go to shareholders?

Q: Above are 4 of my poorest performers. Which ones would you be selling? Also, Nov. 4 there were a lot of stocks that were down big numbers even though some of them had a good quarter recently (i.e SHOP, LNTH, NVEE and a few others). At this point in the cycle can you please rate the following as buy, sell or hold. I know you sometimes say in a different kind of market high growth can do well. Q: Hi 5i Team - I hold the above stocks in three small U.S. accounts. I plan to keep NVDA, QCOM, AMZN, GOOG. My holdings in the other six are minimal due to the general sell-off over the past year: CRWD, UCTT, U, APPS, ROKU, UPST. I would like to combine these 6 into two, three at the maximum. Could you suggest which two or three should be kept. Or might it be best to sell all six and start over with a couple of different ones. My investment focus is growth with a three year timeline. Since it's the end of the week the answer can wait until sometime next week.

I have roughly $75,000 to invest. I am looking for US base stocks with upside. I have a pretty balanced portfolio so am looking for growth type names or ones with upside. This year i purchased amazon, netflix, disney, and nvidia so please recommend 4-5 of your best ideas other then those ones.
