Q: If you had to choose just one of these companies to invest in, which one would you choose today? Would you still give a B+ rating to CAE? Thank you

Q: Good morning 5i Team,
If considering buying NTR, FNV or CCO for a 1-2 year hold, could you please rank your current preference with a brief comment. Thank you.

Q: I'm down about 20% or so on this one. I know you're against averaging down, from what I've read, but do you see long term (5+ years) value at these prices?
Q: You answered Cathy's question about Nutrien on January 12, and I have a similar question. I met someone last week who works for Nutrien, and states that the company is in trouble and starting to sell off some of its businesses in various communities. I am not sure if there is any validity to this statement and curious if your research shows otherwise.
Q: Hello,
I notice some recent questions about NTR. To further those, at what price would you consider an attractive entry point (for a long term RRSP hold)?
Thanks!

Q: Good morning. Nutrien has had a bad week. Is this just the cyclical nature of fertilizer or is there something else going on?

Q: I need to gradually raise cash over the next 6 months and am operating on the assumption that interest rates will begin a to decline in late Q1, I would only like to sell those holdings that are less likely to do well in a declining interest rate environment. Please rank each of these holdings from "Sell Now - least likely to benefit from a declining rate environment" to "Avoid Selling - should do very well in a declining rate environment". AQN, BCE, BN, BNS, DSG, ENB, GSY, KXS, NTR, PBH, TCN, TD

Q: Hi 5i
I'm considering adding to NTR $76. Would appreciate your thoughts on when demand may pick up. Also BHP is going ahead with Jansen. Is it likely to weaken pricing/profitability for NTR?
Thanks, Greg

Q: Hi Team,
I am looking into taking a position (or two or three :) in one or all the following names that have pull back significantly from their all time high to get some exposure in the "agriculture" sector.
Q1- How would you rank these companies in term of stability and appreciation potential for a 3 to 5 years holding period.
Q2 Considering the fact that they are in the same sector, would you consider these companies as complementary or more as proxy to each other?
Thank you!
Michel

Q: I have a well diversified TFSA with 23 stocks. I usually hold for long term. Looking to add one more stock and I have short listed to AFN, NTR AND RCI.B. Would appreciate your ranking and brief why.
Also, 5i Research is my main source for decision on buy/sell. I use your resources on a daily basis. Thanks for the years of service.

Q: If both stocks were held and both at a loss of 10 to 12 % and I was thinking to need cash from one.I like the better dividend from white cap but if going forward I would have only one .Which one do you feel is a better bet to regain and provide higher growth potential? Tks Larry
Q: I currently have a loss position in NTR and am looking at selling to crystallize. While I may not execute this until after the year end to see if there is a January bounce can you recommend a replacement to buy and hold for 30 days and then rebuy NTR.

Q: The Market Data for Nutrien shows a slight decline in earnings from 2023 to 2024 and yet analysts have a median price target of $103.95. If earnings are expected to flat line why would analysts expect price appreciation for the stock?
Also you have mentioned Nutrien is a favourite in materials. What would be your case for buying today.
Thanks
Mike

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
Long time holder of NTR and have whittled my materials to just this one with a 1% weighting . Selling now at this price seems like a bad idea but with the premise “it doesn’t care what you paid for it “ for a long term hold , do you favour it , SJ or TECK.B and why ?
Thanks for all you do
Dennis

Q: For a "safe dividend stocks " strategy perspective, I noticed that those 2 stocks in my portfolio have reached a relatively low point (no loss),is it then time to 1)"average up " , 2)to wait and see,or3) eventually to sell in case of a new situation?

Thanks again for the great work that you do.
