I was expecting Xebec to surge somewhat after moving to tsx. The recent news on the company is positive (hydrogen strategy in UK), and i dont see any negative news. Any idea why the stock is not moving much or are investors taking profits and moving elsewhere?

Q: A while back I bought a small amount of the PSCH small cap health care fund on your suggestion and it is doing very nicely. I see from watching the comments on WELL, that you also like it. Q: impact insurance company was profitable recently in part from lower auto claims due to diminished driving. anecdotal reports also of small collision centres across Canada hurting due to less driving. these 2 factors would seem to favour BYD. in a post pandemic world. can you provide BYD'S current P/E price /sales. . ev/ebida price/book debt/equity etc . to say its historical metrics for the last 5years. thanks Richard

I own several REITs. They don't make up a large portion of my portfolio, but I've always liked real estate investing and I think there's long term value in some names even if they are necessarily exciting right now. I currently own BEI.UN, IIP.UN and GRT.UN. All are up significantly since purchased. I'd like to branch out and I'm looking at REI.UN and AP.UN. I've managed to stay away from Retail, but REI.UN has diversified nicely into multifamily housing and has sold retail properties outside of the 6 urban areas. AP.UN is in the office sector and who knows what's going to happen there even though it is down considerably from its highs. Which would be your choice and do you think there is long term value in these names? It is for an RRSP account.
