Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: Assuming a deflationary scenario and a continuing low interest rate environment for the next 18-24 months or so, what are your top five sectors and the top three picks within those sectors.

Q: Hi. My materials is a little low. I've noticed you've been recommending Teck lately. Would you consider it better than CCL? Or is the something else you prefer in materials? I already own BTO so not looking for more gold.

Thanks to you guys I've been rewarded with a 30% return this year! Best of the season to all!! Thank you for the fantastic service. I never hesitate to recommend you to others.

Q: Hello 5i,
I sold NFI, PSI and CCL.A as tax losses on October 25. Should I buy them back now, just add to the positions I now have or are there other equity opportunities to consider in replacement. I am a retire, value, dividend investor, 60/40, evenly distributed with many from the INCOME MODEL PORTFOLIO.
