Q: First of all, thank you for your amazing work. Cannot express how helpful my 5i subscription has been. Life-changing in all honesty.

My positions in LSPD (17.3%) and GSY (12.7%) have gotten a little out of hand. I was fortunate to pick them up near their lows in April. I've already trimmed both a couple of times, but I am really struggling to sell more given the positive outlook 5i has of both for the future. I've seen similar questions asked about trimming and selling positions with phenomenal growth and seen your responses suggesting to trim positions to reasonable weightings. I thought I might have an easier time doing so if you suggested some positions to add to or some new ones viewed as favourably as LSPD and GSY.

I have the following companies in a TFSA and have included the weightings only of positions I think might warrant a second look. While I anticipate a comment about weightings needing to be personal what would YOU suggest as the highest weighting for LSPD and GSY? And, again, please suggest some positions to add to or new ones.

Feel free to take question credits as you see fit.

DOO (2.1%), ATZ (2%), AW.UN, BYD
ATD.B
BMO, BRK-B:US, GSY (12.7%)
WELL (4%), VEEV:US (1.3%)
CAE, DAL:US, AC (1%), XBC (3%)
LSPD (17.3%), KXS (7.6%), DSG (3%), CSU, PHO (1.1%), AMD:US, CRWD:US (2.4%), U:US (2.1%), NVDA:US (0.83%), TTD:US(1.2%)
ROKU:US (1.9%), TTWO:US (1.2%), PINS:US (1.5%)
AQN, BEP.UN
REAL

Thank you again

Q: Hi 5i: I am presently underweight financials ( TD - 6% ). Which of these would you add BNS, SLF or GSY? Would you add a combination of all? What is the market weight for financials and would now be a suitable time to add?

Thank you for my success!

Tom

Q: I have held LSPD and GSY for quite a while now in an RRSP and RESP respectively with still 10 plus year timelines on those portfolios. I purchased LSPD at about $33 (it's now around $90) and GSY at about $50 (it's over $100 now) and I have taken some profits out along the way. Do you see these two continuing to do really well? I'm wondering if you would recommend just holding onto my remaining shares for the foreseeable future (say another 1-3 years) or would it make sense to sell while ahead and put that money in something with a bit more growth potential? THX, Jeff

Q: Hi, could you please provide a list of your highest conviction Canadian growth stocks. Any sector will do but the stocks you feel most certain will deliver good growth in most market environments. Not necessarily looking to blow the lights out, steady growth will do. Thanks.

Q: These two companies appear regularly when you mention companies that are "cheap" with good growth prospects. Of the two, which is "cheaper" and which would you expect to have more stock price appreciation in the next 12-24 months?

Also, GSY is up 10% today - is that due to their sale of Paybright to Affirm? Seems overdone if so...

Q: Go Easy finally broke 100$ on their announcement about the sale of PayBright and Affirm holdings. This seems very positive. Historically it has been noted they have been valued lower due to the business segment they operate in. Do you see this announcement as reducing perception of the company and will allow it to trade at higher multiples? BMO Investorline Value Analyzer product shows close to 90% upside from here is possible.

Q: Some help for Paul asking for ideas to invest in his TFSA. In February (13)?, 2017, 5i answered a request for the top 10 picks harvested from the 5i portfolios. They were as follows: GSY, SHOP, SLF, WSP, GUD, OTEX, SIS, KXS, PBH, and one other I lost track of. Over the 4 years the return, if still held, would be +280%, but even without SHOP or GUD, the return is a respectable +96%. So for Paul and me would you do it again from current portfolio holdings. My New Years resolution is to pay more attention to your picks...........thx. Lionel

Q: At 27%, I am significantly overweight in utilities (BEP, BIPC, AQN, NPI, FTS). FTS, at a full position in a non-registered account, has been the weakest performer of late. Considering replacing it with one or two of the following: TRI, GSY, TFII or BAM. Looking for growth, a bit of a dividend and don't mind moderate risk.
1. Is now the time to sell FTS?
2. If sold, which stock (or stocks) noted above would you replace it with?
Thank you.

Q: Hi, my respected 5i team
Similar to my last question, these 3 high teck stocks are Canadian.
What do you think about the valuations here and are they still safe to hold?

Q: Hi Peter
Am looking for candidates for my tfsa
Could you please rank these based on potential upside, debt and balance sheet.
Also, am trying to transfer USD from my TD Bank account or my TD non-reg USD account to my tfsa USD acct. It is not working -- am I not able to transfer my own USD into the tfsa USD account? ie. must I convert from the tfsa CAD acct? It is bizzare.
Thank you for your great support, very unique indeed.

Q: Happy new year to 5i team!

I own the companies listed above within TFSA in equal positions of 8-10% except KXS where I am at 3% position.
I will add 6K to TFSA in 2021
Option 1: Buy more KXS with new money
Option 2: Buy XBC with new money
Option 3: Sell REAL and buy both KXS and XBC

In your opinions which of above option has better growth potential

Q: In your view, which will be more profitable (growth +dividend) in 2021: BEP or GSY? Seriously overweight now in BEP and wanting to redirect the surplus to GSY, but BEP just keeps going up. (Not a bad problem to have.) Advice regarding timing of such a switch would also be appreciated. Thank you.
