Q: Hello 5i,

On Feb 28th 5i provided answers to Jacques and David on the top 10 US and CAD stocks to own in a TFSA. Thank you for that answer.

Can you please provide the top 12 stocks overall (CAD or US) in order of priority that should be in a TFSA? We have both US and CDN funds + CDR's. Diversity is not important at this time and we are anticipating that US stocks will outnumber CAD stocks in the top 12. Funds are not required for 6 years or more.

If this was your TFSA, would you have equal weighting or will one or more of the stocks have a higher weighting compared to other stocks? If yes, can you identify the stock(s) and the % of weighting? We can equal weight the remaining stocks.

Thank you

D&J

Q: I have been watching NVDA grow to an ever more out-sized percentage of my portfolio, and have been meaning to trim, but have delayed while I consider where to put the money.

Can you recommend some US growth options in either the consumer cyclical or healthcare sectors? I have a 5-10 year time range.

Q: Is this a good long term hold ? I am watching stocks like NVDA and SMCI appreciate while this LTBH stock moves like a snail. Would it be worth it to sell BN and put it into the AI sector or is this still likely going to be a buy and hold forever stock like so many say it is?

Q: Thoughts on the dramatic reversal today in NVDA? Are these just the bots selling and then retail panicking causing more selling? Near term top? What are your general thoughts on the markets currently? Does tech need a cooling off period to reset? If you were trimming NVDA, what are some best ideas non tech or AI related to currently buy or add to? Long term investor and focused on keeping position sizing in line. Thanks!

Q: I’ve seen some analysts on TV talk about price targets for NVDA into the thousands (one as high as $8000). Is this even remotely possible? That would make it the largest company by market cap a few times over. I know it has increased significantly in the past couple of years, but at some point it can’t keep on doubling, can it?

Q: Nvidia, Constellation Software and Broadcom (in that order) have pulled away from the other stocks in our portfolio. We know how you view NVDA and CSU and wonder how you would rate AVGO to overweight in the portfolio as well? We hold AVGO in two registered accounts for the nice dividend.
Thank you

Q: Thanks to 5i, over the recent past, I have DCA these stocks, holding less than 5% with room to add based on your advice.
a) 3% - AXON VRT HPS ISRG LMN
b) 2% - BKNG CLS LLY NVDA CELH
c) 1% - POWL NXT EXP
Please rank those that you would be comfortable adding to [DCA] now - with target percentages. For example, would you add to AXON first and, if so, to what percentage.

Q: My tech stocks have had a great run and it's time to trim as they are now about 33% of my portfolio. Can you please rank the above stocks along with SMCI (watching for a pullback in that one). I also have GOOG and AMZN. Do you think they are too closely related as well?

Q: Hi Team, Thanks for your wonderful work on i5Research.
NVDIA stock jumped right after earnings report last week. This week it has dropped in price every day, even though analyst are targeting up to 1000-1200$ in the near future.
With the recent deep in NVDA is this a good time to buy NVDA stock or call options? Or is it a falling knife?
Thanks

Q: Hi,

One of the larger holdings in my portfolio is NVDA ~5%. I trimmed some NVDA last week and bought some VRT ~1%. Thinking of buying some SMCI as well. Do you think owning all three would be too correlated or would it be okay? Thinking of adding ~1% position to SMCI (seems to have settled down a bit here). If it were you, in what % would you allocate to each of the three names?

Also long AXON (nice results yesterday). Would like to add more but looks pricey at 68x p/e and 11x p/s. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Q: I do wonder if you could comment on the recent news releases in regard to Cadance and Intel foundry systems. I just started researching this and am going to admit a lot of this is over my head and comprehension. From my initial readings it looks like Microsoft has joined in on this as well, so looks like Intel, Cadence and Microsoft are in an initiative in the AI space. Is there a possibility that Intel may get some legs in this AI surge as well? The share price of this stock has certainly not soared like others in this sector. Wondering if the Microsoft relationship will have some impact on the future performance of Intel?
Could this be a way for Microsoft to lessen it's dependence on NVDA?
