Q: MF came out with a list of AI today, and they are all up today, presumably on the news. Is there a concern that this is turning into a bubble? I know there will be spending here, but is it getting away into the danger-zone? I am considering an etf that captures a wide swath of AI. Are you able to suggest something? Thanks!

Q: Over the past two years with the downturn of the market, I am down significantly with majority of these holdings in various accounts. I have a long-term 10+ year outlook, so looking to see if you feel any of these can be sold off given the outlook, management of the company? Q: I am down >75% on each of these 3 stocks over the past 1+ years. I still have faith in the businesses though, and have a very longterm time horizon. I'm not looking to sell and rather, wondering if each/all of them would be worth adding to (at these significantly lower prices) if looking for long term gains? Thank you.

Q: These stocks are in my portfolio and are way down from my cost. Are these worth holding, adding more or to sell and move on.

As these are in my non-registered account, I can use the capital loss to offset previous year year's gains. Could you suggest proxy for these in case I sell now for capital loss to buy them later.

Q: I'm down >50% on LMND in my TFSA account, and while the loss itself doesn't alarm me, I'm doubting the future potential of their business model - especially with rising rates. I'm considering selling this position and re-investing into another company that I'm also down significantly on (RDFN) but that I have higher conviction in. Would love to hear your thoughts? Q: Good day. A little over 1 year ago I allocated about 5% of my portfolio to the high growth/risk stocks. Needles to stay it hasn't worked out as expected. At this stage I am hoping that you can give me insight what the future holds for these companies as an investment. Which should be sold and subsequently move the funds moved into the keepers.
Deduct as many credits as you feel appropriate.

Q: I have done alot of tax loss selling, starting in Oct. The stocks include XBC, CHEWY, LMND, PINS, RDFN, TDOC, EGLX, REAL, MRS, ABCL, and ZNGA. Which ones would you repurchase? Would you do it now, or wait until the new year? I purchased LSPD, NVEI , and APPS with some of the proceeds, and that has not worked out well! Would you average down on these names when they stabilize?

Q: Thoughts on the Opendoor quarter? Do you think this type of technology/business model has a bright future? Would you rather an equal weighting of all three of these names (say 2% each) or is there a clear leader in which it might be more prudent to take a single larger 5% position?

I feel that the real estate sector could become much more efficient and liquid especially with a large player or consolidator that increases competition and should lead to lower transaction costs. Real estate agencies and the (until somewhat recently) gatekept MLS feel like a 'dinosaur' of an industry ripe for tech-based disruption. What are your thoughts about this? Thanks.
