Q: Hi Peter,

I had asked a couple of questions the other day but got a reply to just one of them so I will ask again.
For the US, I own two ETFs; ZSP (8%) and FTEC (8%). I have USD to add another 20% to the US part of my portfolio and would like 7-8 names to add on the current market weakness/rotation. I would appreciate if you could recommend a few stocks for growth 5-10 years at least, don't need dividends, medium to high risk. These names would be in my RRSP and margin account and buyable at current prices.
Thanks in advance.

Q: Unity software was recommended earlier this year as one of your top US growth stocks. It is now down over 40% from it’s high. I’ve been watching but never bought. Would you still rate this as one of your top US growth stocks. And with the recent pull back what would be your top US growth stocks currently.
I’m a long term member and thank you for getting me into numerous growth stocks since 2014 which I would never have bought and which provided handsome returns. So many thanks for being there for us little guys.

Please list your 5 most compelling US small caps for an agressive investor, irrespective of sector.
These would be to complement my current small cap holdings. If you feel any of the below holdings can be added to, please advise.

Q: After reading Opendoors convincing investor presentation, I'm looking to start a position in an ibuying company. How would you rank these three companies in terms of overall growth? (rdfn/open/z) Do you know of any Canadian listed companies that take part in this?

Thanks

Q: Thanks for helping guide my families investments in such a crazy year. With my twins having only 4 years until university 5i's advice was a game changer in terms of returns and helping one sleep at night. Over the last week I bought two of my nephews in there early 20's a 5i subscription (which due to your generosity also gives $70 to the food bank!). I am so excited for the potential your teams sound advice will give them for years to come

While I have you, a couple questions (please charge accordingly). I am full up on tech (and then some) but was intrigued by your recent responses on MITK and RDFN. If you were to pick one which would it be? Would you use DOCU as a possible sell candidate if you needed to raise cash to buy one of them? Secondly, would you buy either QS or CRSP after there meteoric rises?

Thanks and happy holidays,
Brian

Q: I'm curious your thoughts on the threat Redfin presents to Real Matters. In Redfin's investor presentation they mention their "Title Forward" service is part of their long term goal to provide a "Complete Solution" to a homebuyer. Do you think RDFN will begin to eat REAL's lunch by being in contact with a buyer earlier in the home buying process?

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Q: I understand this is a US company but I'm curious if you have any thoughts on it or what you think the biggest red flags are. I like the space they're disrupting and looking at the runway that's in front of this company, valuation seems good compared to many other pre earnings growth companies.

Thanks for your thoughts.
