Q: Of the consumer cyclicals held are there any you would sell? Any you would add to? And, do you have other Canadian or US names you would suggest looking into at this time?
5+ years timeframe, high risk, growth-focused in a TFSA.
Q: I have followed your recommandation to buy CROX in 2022 and held on during the continuing blood bath. I bought more and now sits on a 70% gain and holding on. Thank you very much. Do you see another diamond in the rough in the midcap space? Please suggest 3 names with rationale and possibly good entry price.
Q: Have a couple of stocks in LSPD and SNAP that have performed poorly over the last year. Was thinking about replacing with Lumine Group and AEHR. Do you think a trade like this would make sense. Would there be other stocks that have high upside that you would also consider? Thank you
Q: What is your long term view on these two companies? Is their structure, management, and financial condition such that holding on to them makes sense?
Do you have replacement suggestions that will likely surge ahead in more promising market conditions? Thank you.
Q: Hi folks,
I am looking to add 3 of CSU, AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL or VISA for some growth to my otherwise conservative RRSP portfolio. May I have your 3 recommendations that could add some "zip" to my RRSP account. Looking at a 10 year time frame.
Thanks,
Q: Hi team ,
I am holding onto smaller positions of the following names which I am down huge on : Sq, Twlo, Apps. I have held these through the tech wreck riding them to the ground. My question is do I keep holding onto them at this point waiting for more recovery , or do I consolidate them and buy a different position? If they are sells, what would be your most promising names to buy today? Some I were looking at were Ats, Crox , Bn. Thanks .
We still have 500 shares of GSY in our RRSP accounts
Thinking of selling and buying BAC. Both are beaten up. However I am thinking BAC
has a better chance of recovering in a shorter time frame with less government interference.
Your comments or other suggestions in the US are most welcome.
We already have CROX, BRK.B, CELH, PERI, NIO, INMD, LNTH, IFRA,XYLD, IYW
Q: Hi team,
ON holdings has gone parabolic lately, most recently on good earnings release. Is this move justified or is valuation sky high now for a fashion company? Would you prefer crox to this name or is there a compelling long term story here to ON? Could you also compare Atz to this name too? Atz looks like the cheapest name of the three mentioned with high growth as well. I rarely hear this name talked about. Your comments are appreciated . Thanks
Q: Hi Team,
I am having a hard time deciding which of these 3 names to add new funds to today. ATZ, ATS, and CROX. Of these 3 which would be your best bet if aiming for top potential returns over the course of the next say 3-5yrs? Could you please rank in order of buying preference here along with any comments on the potential of each name you wish to add? Thanks
Q: Good morning 5i
Yesterday i asked about a replacement for Magna and you kindly offered tfii and ats. I like these suggestions. But, the problem ( nice to have such a problem) is that i am already quite overweightin tfii and am also overweight inthe industrial sector. So, i am hesitant to buy ats. Do you have an equivalent for ats? Any other sector is ok, although my technology holdings are high. Also a US stock would be ok. It may not be the right mindset but i would like something with growth that can help recuperate some of my loses on mga
Thanks
Q: My MO is to look at positive-earnings and earnings-growth stocks with price momentum in the past year that seem to be temporarily stalling in the previous month.
Is STRL big and strong enough to do well in these times? any safer stock with good growth prospects--Canadian or USA? Take as many credits as needed to answer. Helen
Q: What are your thoughts on EXPI latest earnings report? Was there anything of particular interest on the conference call (either positive or negative)? The stock has been punished with interest rate hikes impacting real estate markets. Does it look like a company that will do well when it comes out of this and real estate picks up or have the fundamentals and story changed here? Is this an add while its down, hold and do nothing, or time to move onto other higher conviction names (please suggest any). Currently held in TFSA so no opportunity to claim a loss (down 70%, currently less than 1% weighting due to drop). Thanks so much!
Q: If you could invest some money in one of these three companies (TSLA, CPRT, CROX), which one would you prefer? Also, could you rank the three, strongest to weakest please? Thanks and enjoyed the webinar this week.
