Q: Hi guys, thanks for the excellent service. Generally TFSA is the place for high growth but my highest growth has been in my RRSP. Is there any compelling reason I should sell anything in RRSP and rebuy in TFSA (e.g., NVDA)? I realize I will be taxed on RRSP withdrawals while TFSA withdrawals are tax-free - but - my RRSP has a lot more cash than my TFSA so there isn't room to move all my growthy stuff over. Because of the relative size of RRSP to TFSA, if I were to do equal weighting of all stocks, I'd only have 4 different stocks in my TFSA, which perhaps is fine? Are there any obvious adjustments that you would make to the following:

Q: Cord cutting is the business of roku. For the life of me , other then buying their device , how do they make money. I am perplexed

Q: I hold the above six securities in a taxable account in less than half positions. On a tax neutral basis I could sell OKTA,SNOW,GH and PLUG and split the proceeds between ROKU and CRWD to bring them to larger positions. These investments are part of a relatively agressive taxable portfolio.
Two questions - firstly, if you could rank the 6 stocks in accordance with your preference. Secondly, do you think my proposal would create a meaningful stronger position for growth.

Q: Just thoughts...First background -  I have an income, balance and growth portfolio that's invested in trade, TFSA and LIRA accounts...all similar to 5iR's...and also a US balance portfolio with a definite growth tilt...and I like to stay within the portfolio framework, aka add to existing stock positions which now total 100 positions. With cash on hand, I'm muddled about what to invest in, aka Cdn and US stocks?And here is the tug...there seems to be many other good stocks but from my reading of 5iR, it's better to stay with the ones you have or totally drop the existing position and move onto a new position. With that in mind, what are the Cdn 5iR positions would you suggest are a buy today or watch it for a buy? When it comes to the US, the draw for me today is to add to existing positions 'cause of the strength of the Loonie and the expectation that it will decline over the next few years relative to the Green Back. What would you suggest are US stock buys now for a longer term hold, like 5+ years. Thanks for the assistance.....Tom

Taxes are not an issue it’s in a registered account , neither are $9.99 fees

Q: Friday messy fun question, please take it lightly. I would like to start reducing the oil companies I bought in April last year. They've done incredibly well, but now I would like to increase my tech growth stocks by opening 1 or 2 new positions. I currently own GOOG, DND, U, CRWD, RDFN, ROKU, VEEV, PINS, and SQ. They have done well under your recommendations even with the recent pullbacks. As no one can time the markets, I am not willing to wait for a surprise interest hike as it is part of a locked-in RSP. I am aware these companies are mentioned, often in a positive light, fairly often in your Q&A section. To be honest, I struggle with what you might be seeing that apparently investors don't seem to be aware of, as these have all sold off quite a bit recently. I am interested in whether or not you still feel as positive on these companies now, as you may have in the past. U gapped down in Feb by about 15% and has since dropped about 40% more. VEEV is probably down about 23% from its Feb high, and ROKU about 37% during the same period. I understand there has been a rotation away from tech but these strike me as having a very long way to crawl back up, even though I understand earnings haven't been all that bleak. Am I missing something here? I would be very interested in your thoughts and these and any others you feel might be really under priced lately!

Out of Topicus, goeasy or BRP inc, if you had to pick one... which stock would you “top up” hoping for the best one year gain?

Roku... your thoughts as it is down from 480 to 300. It had some huge gains and even at 300 it’s a big winner but it’s a big drop and I feel it’s overall trajectory as a company has only gotten stronger with recent acquisitions plus the overall move to streaming for consumers and companies alike, plus advertising potential growth etc. Thoughts on topping it up for 5 year growth I don’t see many better opportunities especially for potential for a quick turnaround within 1 year. (earnings tomorrow should be interesting in this market).

Q: I raised a little cash in my U.S. account after enjoying a 12%+ gain since the start of the year. Looking to take advantage of some opportunities over the summer months. Can you list 5 U.S. stocks to watch that I should consider if they pull back over the summer? I currently own BMY, ABBV, AMZN, NVDA and COST.
