Q: Any sense of how low they can go and does the current 30%+ decline reflect real issues with the company and their revenue reporting etc or just a lot of panic selling? It is painful to watch and wondering if they are likely to be topped out for an extended period of time.
Q: Best estimates..does NTR still have legs to run up into the low $90's. My gut feeling is that it's topping out and low $90's is a good exit point for profit taking. What is your professional feeling?

Q: I should have known better, having lived thru SHOP's short attacks, but i bounced out of LSPD.
At what price would you feel comfortable going back in?
Thanks,
Mark

Q: BEP.UN (TSX) pays source dividends in US dollars I believe. If this stock is in a Canadian TFSA, is it subject to US with holding tax.
Thank you
Thank you
Q: Has BCE ever had to cut its dividend that %i is aware of?
Thx

Q: Hi 5i Team - Does Lightspeed have the fundamentals and resources to survive a continued short attack, Secondly do you have any concerns regarding its business model going forward. Thirdly from what I have read and heard many restaurants are struggling to hire enough staff to continue operating on a full schedule even though indoor dining is now allowed in many jurisdictions with vaccination passports. As a result some are reverting to takeout only. Since Lightspeed serves the hospitality industry, is this a concern?
I have a relatively large position in lightspeed and need to trim. The question is how much. Your response to the above questions will help me with my decision making.
Thanks again for the excellent service and Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Q: currently own KL @ $61,80 - am planning to sell for tax loss.
better to replace with AEM immediately or wait for 30 days and repurchase KL? ( am I correct in assuming that the price of gold could rise and if I waited
this could cost me.)

Q: Do foreign companies held in American Depository's qualify for drips? For eg, I hold BP PLC ADR (in a registered act) and it pays out but does not reinvest. Is this a brokerage issue?
Q: Hi!
I'm sitting on some large gains in the energy sector. Given the cyclicality of the sector how should we go about trimming our holdings? Should we just maintain our sector allocation and trim if and when it gets too big? Its taken a long time for energy to come back since 2014 so I don't want to sell too early, but any unforeseen event can hurt prices quickly. Do you think we are still in the early stages of the energy/commodity bull market? I read they tend to run in 5 year cycles.
Thanks,
Jason

Q: I know you like ADT.B as a company and its management but the stock hasn't done much over the past couple of years. At some point does the lack of share price growth warrant removal from the portfolio?
Savaria is another one, and despite all the potential for a reopening trade Air Canada isn't 'taking off'. Do you think these two should be considered for replacement with something else that can provide better growth?
Please deduct credits accordingly.

Q: what are your thoughts about investing in bitcoin?
I know its very volatile, but with the huge amount of debt created sounds like an option.
would this be a good inflations hedge?or would you prefer gold?
If I invest in USD in this fund or a US company are there consequences with filing in the US?
This so called W8 form?

Q: I know this is a bit out of your focus area, but I have a small position in a small UK company called Focusrite. Have you got any opinion, Buy Hold or Sell?
Q: I just read that Q4 IPO is on again. To me it seems that the company is operating in a fantastic market space, provided it can exploit all the segments. Do you think it has the potential or am I being over optimistic? Are there any other companies operating in this area? Thanks for your input.
Q: There is quite a rush of IPOs coming on the market. Can you please rank the potential of these IPOs and any financial details you may have

iShares S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Index ETF (CDZ)
-
Vanguard U.S. Dividend Appreciation Index ETF (VGG)
Q: Is there another good Canadian-listed ETF similar to VGG? I need another one or two so I don’t exceed exposure in a single ETF. Anything based on the S&P is not ideal as I already have a fair bit of technology exposure.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Hi 5i with the recent pull back is DND a buy as I have only a 1/2 position; or should I stay away and wait for better momentum?
Q: Regarding Sun Life's dental purchase how do you view this. If I go back to Peter Lynch it seems almost to be diworsifying but I have no clue.
