Q: Hi Team,
Can you suggest some lithium mining/mfg companies in North America and or other parts of the world for a long term - 4-5 years holding? Please deduct credits as needed.
Thanks As Always,
Tak

Q: The Economist has a recent article on "seven metals (aluminium, cobalt, copper, lithium, nickel, silver and zinc) that are critical to building an electricity economy".

What would be your preferred method of gaining exposure to some or all of these--single stock (no fees but won't touch on all seven materials) or ETF (more diversified but high fees in Canada, eg XBM)? I would be interested in a single stock (not a basket of stocks) for this purpose, or an ETF. Would be grateful if you could please provide suggestions. Thanks!

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,

Another question about Nutrien......The following is an excerpt from a recent Morningstar report on NTR:

"While the market likely overvalues the fertilizer business' outlook, we
think investors undervalue the lithium business, which will generate the majority of future profits."

What is your view on the above statement?

Your recent answer to another member that used a baseball analogy was interesting, so would it be correct to say that NTR is not a 'buy and hold forever' type of stock?

Also, what would be your top picks for lithium stocks (any country), and Canadian ETFs that have substantial lithium exposure?

Thanks in advance for your insight.

Q: Hello 5i

Our portfolios are low on materials. We own LIT and MP @2% each. Which stocks or ETF's would you add at this time?

Cheers,

Debbie and Jerry

Q: Given recent corrections, which ETFs (both Canada and US) are worth watching/stepping into to take advantage of the sales.

Q: I'm interested in these ETF themes, how would you rank them long term? Do you see any overlap between ICLN and LIT? And if I wanted to go the individual stock route instead of the ETF, what would be your top two individual stock picks within each ETF (either cad or us listed). Thank you!

Q: Hi Team,
Could you recommend some ETF/s for
1/ Electric Vehicle and battery manufacturers in North America.
2/ Electric Vehicle and battery manufacturers in China.
Which I am thinking for long term hold.
Thank you as always,
Tak

Q: Hello Folks:
You suggested I may consider REMX (rare earth ETF) as a suitable option for my interest in the EV battery mineral component sector.
Do you have any thoughts on BATT (Amplify Lithium Battery Technology ETF) and
LIT (Global x Lithium & Battery Tech. ETF).
I am out of my depth here, however feel this an interesting sector, which may well result in higher demand for scarce metals required.
Thanks again for your great service!

Q: A lot of interest exists for the lithium industry. I was wondering what your opinion is and possible recommendations to participate in the growth of this sector of mining, or perhaps it is too late to experience much upside.
