I intend to convert some or all of it into USD using Norberts. I would like to invest in 3 or 4 stocks that in 30 - 35 years will be like investing in Apple 30 years ago. Plse give me some names to consider.
Q: Hi Peter and Team
WELL has had a recent big bump on expanding to US news.
Would this be a good time to take some profits ?
(2-3 x gain in last 3 months ?)
Thanks for advice.

Q: I have been looking at these two companies. Both have risen recently. Is this a good time to buy? Why or why not?
Thanks
Thanks

- Real Matters Inc. (REAL)
- WELL Health Technologies Corp. (WELL)

Q: After buying a majority stake in Circle Medical, do you still suggest to buy more for WELL, since the stock already increased over 20% today. The reason I asked because I am thinking to sell AC and buy more WELL, so far I owned 33% for AC:CA, 33% for LSPD:CA, 17% for WELL:CA, 17% for REAL:CA.
Q: Really liking the US expansion. Market Cap is now at 800M do you foresee that larger investors are now looking for it to cross 1B market cap in order to start initiating a position? You have successfully used 100M and 1B as key market caps that attract investors.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Please comment on the US acquisition today.
Q: Often it is mentioned that management of Well sold their prior company, Tio Networks to PayPal. Was it a huge premium to the share price when they sold? I can’t find any info on Tio Networks,
If Well goes on an acquisition strategy do you think they would do an equity financing to raise money. I always seem to buy a company just before they decide to raise money and the stock falls as companies seem to raise money after a huge run up in the stock and then do a bought deal at a significant discount to the market price and individual investors are blocked out of these deals,

Q: Kraken - Current earnings appear to show modest revenue despite a significant contract announcement some while ago, so I am wondering about the growth prospects for this company. What I would like to ask is whether the market for Kraken's products provide a good opportunity for growth or is it inherently small/limited in prospects?
Greenlane appears to be struggling to break even notwithstanding improving revenue, a (significantly?) larger backlog and what I would call an outstanding quote book which borders on the gigantic. How do you view the prospects for GRN as well as XBC, assuming they don't get Trumped like Questor?
Re DOC and WELL I have been trying to determine whether these two have the same/similar business models or not, as the more recent announcements by DOC have been on the acquisition of clinics to support a team, which appears to be a collaborative model for medical services, while WELL's emphasis appears to be on digital records and remote services. Do these two occupy the same space or are they inherently different and might one offer better prospects than the other?
Thank you for your responses.

Q: Hello Peter,
In the US cannabis space, Curaleaf seems to be doing well. Any comments on the company and recent financial results? Would you consider Tecsys as a smaller version of Kinaxis and is it a good time to put some money in Tecsys? Any idea why wellness health is surging? Lastly, is it too late to buy Goodfood market? Thanks

Q: Hi,
DOC: I am looking at cloud md as a speculative growth buy. It is in the same space as WELL and recently closed an acquisition. Financials expected end of month. (comments on anticipated results appreciated) I know it is early days but I think it has potential. Any insights on the potential for this sector generally and the company in particular are much appreciated.. As always thanks for the services you provide.

Q: WELL is on an unbelievable run. What do you see as the end game for this company in 2-3 years? A tuck in acquisition for a larger company or a successful standalone?
Q: I have held GUD for years, with very little growth. I am thinking of selling and buying WELL. Which of these stocks do you believe will have better growth and which do you consider less of a risk. Thank you

Q: Hi i5,
According to "Buffett Indicator", when it's in the 70% to 80% range, it is time to throw cash at the market. When it moves above 100%, it's time to lean toward risk-off. Now Market Cap to GDP Ration > 100% means stocks in bubble territory. Do you think Canadian stocks may also in bubble territory? If US in bear market, do you think the above Canadian stocks which I am holding can be survived? Perhaps, should we start to off load which may be in danger during the bear market into cash, or switch among balance or income portfolio. Any suggestion?
