Q: Hi there - between these two beaten up stocks, which would you be more bullish on? And if there is another stock that's not these two that you'd be even more bullish on, which would that be? Thank you!

Q: Hey 5i,
Has TFII found a bottom after their latest earnings report and subsequent reversal of their relocation of head office or will an announcement on tariffs cause a further drop? Are they still considered investable over the next 5 years? Would you buy this dip in share price?
Would you consider NBIS a buy at their current price? Where would you place them on the risk scale (10 being highest) over the next 5 years?
Always appreciate your advice.

Q: In response to one of the previous questions you indicated that with 70% of of its business in the US tariffs will not affect its business much. The stock has had one of its largest price drawdowns and as we know much of this is due to the very poor Q which in its history is also rare. Do you think that this dramatic price reaction is over done as investors believe the tariffs will have a much greater impact then reality. If you didn't own the shares could a case be made to buy? If not what price or circumstances would move it to a buy?

Q: I have decided to orientate my portfolio more towards the US, while keeping approximately 30% Canadian. I am also looking at India for my first international investment. Most of these stocks are asset light and large cap.
In the US the sectors are non bank financials, tech, and industrials. In Canada I have chosen large caps with significant non Canada revenue.
My dividend income would decrease but I can handle that. This would be an equal weight portfolio.
What do you think of this approach and of the individual stocks?
Should I just buy an SPY 500 etf for the US ?
Is FFH appropriate for India or is there an ETF you would recommend ?
Thanks .Derek

Q: TFII has dropped big time over the past few days since earnings came out. Was part of the drop related to their initial announcement to relocate headquarters to the US? Late yesterday, TFII said the move was off. Do you think the drop will stop and maybe reverse itself with this news? I didn't understand the rationale in their initial announcement as anything I read said they would probably benefit by getting increased freight flows as a result of tariffs and what Trump is doing to the States.
Q: Today, TFII announced that as a result of feedback from shareholders (including a Montreal based pension fund), it will remain a Canadian corporation and not pursue its intention to re-domicile to the US. This makes me uncomfortable with management. How was this not considered before the announcement. Is this reversal best for all shareholders or due to pressures to stay in Montreal? Does this now create additional challenges with tariffs that may have led to the earlier decision to move? Given this misstep and continued risks with tariffs and poor cost management with its recent US acquisition make this a sell rather than hold?
Q: Your comments please regarding the two law firms initiating class action suits against TFII. Is this just the ambulance chasers again swinging into action due to the severe price drop?
Q: A two part question having to do with the sharp drop in TFII but more about the reliability of 5i data and institutional trading.
Firstly 5i shows institutional holdings at 1.02% while several other site show it at over 70%, that's quite a discrepancy.
Secondly when one sees heavy volume trading it is assumed that it is the institutions moving the stock. With a sharp drop it is assumed that they are selling. My question would be who are they selling to?

Q: Please rank these stock for risk relative to US Tariffs from High to Low.....yes, wonder how defensive these CDN stocks are......Many thanks.....Tom
Q: Tapping into your experience and expertise. TFII is down $31 at this moment. Over the next week or so, how low do you think it might go? And then over the next few months, what type of movement might it have? I'm sure it will recover some. So what price is good to buy a few shares? I realize there are many factors at work but if you were looking at TFII for yourself, what would you do?
Q: Good morning Peter & team:
What’s a good entry point for Tfii given its 15% drop today. Is this a temporary blip ? Would u wait for another qtr. and decide, or enter the mkt. now. What impact would tariff on this stock in the next 2-3 yrs. Thank you

Q: Hi 5i, long time holder of TFII, time to move on? If not what would you do, buy more if underweight? As of writing this, it s down 28%. Thx.
Q: The earnings call hasn't taken place yet but TFII's earnings appear to be a bust. They missed all important metrics, some by quite a bit. After the call, can you comment on this and does management have a good response to the weak quarter. In your response to the initial question, you gave numbers but little commentary. How bad would you rate the results? Can you assess the future? Has the lustre left the room? TFII has been a great performer the past 10 years but I'm starting to question the future.
Q: Hi, I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on TFI Re-Domiciling to the US. How does this benefit the company? As a shareholder in the company will this impact my investment? Will a withholding tax now apply? Will they continue to be listed on the TSX after this move? Is this decision possibly related to tariff threats? Can you see other Canadian companies with significant US business following this route?
Q: Hi All at 5i!!
Tfi is contemplating moving its full operation to the US. Will it’s stock stop trading on the TSX and just trade on IS exchange then?
Cheers
Tamara

Q: Hi 5i, thoughts on quarter, and if you have a chance to listen in on CC, was there any mention of tarrif impact.
Thx.
Thx.
Q: Tfii earnings…..your thoughts on what to expect tomorrow?
Q: I have this company in my long term RRSP account thanks to 5i. I was wondering your thoughts on journaling this over to the USD side in my rrsp account and what benefits/downside could come from this for exchange or currency exposure? The div is paid in USD and my drip is turned on the idea would be if new shares were not bought that USD cash would slowly grow in the account.
Q: Very long time holder of TFI. It's been drifting down where it's approaching its 52 week low. Is the current environment (cycle and tariffs) pointing to further deterioration in price? I know it's hard to time market but might it be best to sell and see what happens? The outlook doesn't look all that good right now butI realize TFI is a very strong company in their field.
