Q: With the pull-back, I want to take positions in the above at an appropriate weighting for a long term hold - the Canadian holdings and NVDA at full position, the others at 2-3%. Could you mark them at todays levels as buy, partial buy, watch or don't buy, and make any appropriate back-up comments. Thank-you!

Q: Hi 5i,
I've owned DHT.UN in the past and did quite well - all before that little management fiasco. I sense the company may have completed a turnaround and be coming out of the penalty box now. I'm considering (re)adding it to my TFSA.
To help with the decision I'd appreciate your analysis of the quarter and year end results that were just released, along with any other comment you might have.

Q: Dear 5i
If it's not too much to ask could you give me the most accurate yield that you possibly can on the above stated ETF's . It's very frustrating obtaining this information acurrately as different web sites give different numbers . If you were to rely on just one non prescription website what would that website be to obtain reasonably accurate yield information ? I'm sure you get tired of being asked this question on a fairly regular basis .
If you have other suggestion on similar like ETF's i would be all ears .
I also assume that all these ETF's are quite safe and that no more than 100K should be put into any one of them .

Q: Just wanted to mention to you that in your answer to Donald today regarding TOU, you indicated they declared a special dividend of 50 cents, but the actual special distribution declared was 35 cents. The regular distribution was increased to 50 cents.

They basically flip-flopped the 2 dividends. Previous quarter, the special was 50 cents, and the regular was 35 cents.

Q: Why have the private equity stocks in US, been under pressure, for past 2 weeks ?

With a much higher intrinsic value, never thought that BN could trade as low as $74, after hitting a high of $90, not long ago.

Is there any reason, specific to Brookfield Corp, or it's just the market and sector decline ?

Q: I am getting ready to DCA into these stocks in an unregistered account with higher than average risk profile. According to me, these stocks had a bit of a pullback with possibly more on the way.

In what order would you DCA into the stocks mentioned above? Is there any stock that you think should be excluded from this list?

Q: I've doubled on FTS in a non registered account and am thinking to trim as the growth forecast looks pretty flat. I'd like to add to the names noted as I see more growth and better yields. What do you think of such a move for a long term investment, trim or just sell it all?
